On 8/13/18, I came here to purchase several items, including two gift cards, using the Target app, which had two of my new Target gift cards loaded onto it. When I went up to register #15 at around 4pm, the elderly-looking female cashier (unfortunately didn't get her name) was obviously not in the best of moods, which is understandable during the back-to-school rush. However, when I tried using my Target Wallet (from the app) to pay for the items, an error came up on the screen. I later learned that this error was because I needed to pay cash for the gift cards I was purchasing, but I guess this cashier didn't know this at all. She instead told me that there wasn't enough money on my card, even though the gift cards loaded onto my app were COMPLETELY UNUSED and NEW. This meant I couldn't pay for my other items either. I even set aside the two cards I was purchasing and gave her the two physical Target cards loaded onto my app to pay for the other items. AND SHE STILL CLAIMED I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH. Eventually, I decided to leave all my items with her and not pay for it. However, when I went back to pick out the same items from the store and went to another cashier, the payment went through. This new cashier explained that I couldn't use my Target gift cards to purchase other gift cards, so I left those two behind and was able to bag my other items. I don't understand how a simple error could not be easily pointed out to me in the first place and why I had to be deceived in believing that I didn't have enough money on my Target gift cards instead. Read moreOn May 14th around 12pm i was at this location , at checkout i realized i forgot my debit card so i asked the cashier if i could pay my stuff with a credit card and go to my car drop of my groceries and come back with my debit card and (return and repurchase the items with the debit card) the cashier said yes , that would be helped at the customer service desk . when i came back with my receipt and debit card , i was told by a cashier at the customer service desk that i wasn't allowed to do that "anymore" , she then asked dan or adam ( the stores AP ETL) that happened to be on the side , she asked him in front of me and he was so rude , i told him what happened and he declined to help , i let him know that it was very unfortunate that they wouldn't even try to help me or accommodate me as i am disabled and they asked me to go grab everything ffrom my car and bring it back to the store , he didn't even offer someone to help me bring the items back as again , this trip would take extra energy for me to do because of my disability ., he did not seam to care at all ., i also expressed how i was a previous ETL for Target and that we never treated our customers like that at my previous location, he still showed no care for my comments nor attempted to rectify or accommodate me. a big thumbs down for this target , made me feel unimportant and i regret not just making a full return . not spending any...
Read moreI was looking for a purple conditioner for my hair and the Target App said it was in stock for their 2 hr Pick-Up at this target. So I looked through the aisle and there wasn’t any on the shelf where it was suppose to be, so I still looked around just to see if there was one that was placed else where in that aisle and no luck. So I looked for an employee and asked if they would have the product and had already told the female employee there weren’t any on the shelf in the aisle. And she started to walk towards the aisle and said ”that there should be a shipment tomorrow or Monday”. I know how these devices work to show inventory, granted working for Target. Yes, I could have gotten it through the Target App, but I was already at target. So I followed her and she scanned the barcode. Then called on her walkie to “backroom” if they “copy” and no answer. Then called for an employee and no answer. Then said no they don’t have it. Why would the Target App let me buy the item for 2 Hour PickUp if they didn’t have any at the store?! Because this female employee was LAAAAAZZZZY! I wish I could have gotten her name but she was not wearing a name tag. If i didn’t have to leave in a rush because i had a fussy baby with me, maybe next time I need help I’ll ask another employee...
