Carter Lake Public Library — Attraction in Carter Lake

I live in Carter lake! I have never met people this rude in my life! I mean I don't even know how any children go there! They would probably get yelled at for just smiling while reading a book. I had to go there to get something printed from my email then have it faxed, I had to bring my two year old with, when I had walked in and went to sign in the front desk lady gave me the most ugliest look ever! I told her it would only take a minute! Witch that's all it took! After I had gotten everything done I took my son over to the children's area! That was ok! But the thing is right when you go into the library you already feel unwanted! The twos older ladies they are two unhappy old ladies. The younger lady who works there seems like she is a very nice but the two old 😁 Make it to where she doesn't smile...

The library has recently done a 180! Completely renovated, new director, librarian, and circulation specialist. It's very impressive how much the new staff has gotten done in a short amount of time. The few times I've stopped by they've been so helpful and very nice. They also do interactive story times with puppets and activities for the kids to do! I especially love all the new manga and dvds the library provides. I'm excited to see what they do in...

Librarian was extremely rude. Just kept telling us we couldn't check out due to fines (which I have no problem taking care of) without telling me how much I owe repeatedly kept saying you can't check out being extremely rude.
