A total scam I had gotten a $7,000 car from city motors 2 months ago and within a week of getting the car the car just started shutting down for no reason. We assumed it was the battery so we bought a new one but the car kept shutting down Come to find out they didnāt put the right connectors to the battery on the car so they āhammeredā in the connectors and Alissa said it was all good. Well a week after that 2 of my tires blew when I was driving on the interstate. So I went down to their shop again to get new tires like they told me I could do. I show up and the lady at the front desk says I was too late by 5 minutes. When they told me to come in the first place. So I had to buy 2 new tires for the car. Wellllll a week after doing that the car started making rocking sounds and then completely shut down again. They had to tow it to their shop and they just told me I have to buy for a whole new engine for the car. When I just gotten it. I talked to the manger and asked if thereās anyway they can fix my car as I havenāt even made 3 payments for it yet. And she said no itās not looking like it in my favor and Iāll have to pay for the engine. When I mentioned about getting a lawyer involved she hung up on my face. They scammed me out of all that money and now Iām taking Ubers to get my son to daycare and me to work. Donāt get a car from them unless you want to spend more money fixing it then you do with monthly payments. And on top of that they are charging me $230 every 2 weeks for a car that doesnāt even work. I donāt know how they can look you in the face and tell you itās a reliable car. And then tell you your shit out of luck...

Two weeks pass he calls to check on the status of his vehicle only to be told to stop calling and that they would inform him when it was ready. He waits another 2 weeks before calling again and asking about the status. They stated that they couldnāt give him any information on the carās status and that he would need to call the owner. Only for the owner to say that he doesnāt know whatās going on either and that heād have to call the following day when they open to give him an answer. Why is it so difficult to get a straight answer literarily jumping through hoops for a simple answer. Wouldnāt recommend this place to anyone this is all happening while heās still making payments on the car. Unprofessional...
