Just left a FREE class on Medicinal Herbs. Led by the MD of Integrative Medicine, Dr. Walsh, and the head farmer, Adrian. It was AMAZINGLY informative. And the setting was heavenly. When we toured the herb garden at the farm, we were in the company of many happy hummingbirds and honeybees (they also have beehives on the farm). We were treated to some herbal tea with instructions of how to make our own! And then we were invited to pick any of the herbs we learned about to take home for seeds, tea, or culinary use. We were also given printed notes on the 3 herbs we were learning about. It’s clear that they love the land! Dr. Walsh had to leave after the class was over, but Adrian spent lots of time answering questions, giving tours, etc. Both he and Erica (farm manager??) are generous with their time and knowledge and clearly love what they do.
