I wish I had read these reviews before going. Each of the review comments were my experience as well. You would hope these things would have been corrected after others experiences were “brought to their attention”. One of the lab technicians shoved a business card in our faces saying in a LOUD voice that after the first of the year, appointments were required. When the voicemail for quest says that “walk-ins are welcome”. Then, they had misplaced our order, as well. I said to the technician, I don’t appreciate you being rude to us, as we were following the exact procedure we were told to do. She proceeds to tell my daughter and I that she doesn’t have to serve us and would refuse to let me in with my daughter. Screaming at us with other patients in the waiting room. Then, with her loud voice we could hear her continue to talk badly about us to other people in the back. And we also waited over an hour after this, for a fasting lab test. Talk about no patient confidentiality! I hope there is a camera that captured all this and that a manager reviews it (12/31 at 10:15 am). I will never go...
Read moreI have always had positive experiences here up until today. I was bringing my daughter in for blood testing (she’s 1.5 years old). She had an appointment but the kiosk was not signing her in so I signed her up as a walk in. Instead of listening to me explain this, the employee told me I had to leave and make an appointment for a different day. This is frustrating because how do I know the same exact thing won’t happen again. Any mom knows, going to the doctor for any reason is not easy with a kid, but to come back and do it who knows how many times until the kiosk decides to work is ridiculous. I kindly asked her follow up questions and she ignored me and walked away with a different patient. I entirely understand that this patient had an appointment and should be taken care of. All I needed was 30 seconds of an explanation to tell me what I potentially did wrong with the kiosk or how I could guarantee this won’t happen the second time I come to quest. Very disappointing interactions and zero answers on how to ensure this doesn’t...
Read moreWow, definitely have some staff that have zero customer service experience and holding back their frustrating. My mom and I come in for blood work for walk-ins, because quest constantly promotes that they can do walk ins. We are given the next time available 2 hours from when we came in, but it also said you could wait for an opening. No one was being taken back for blood draws and all the staff in back were chatting and laughing it up loudly. Then a staff member, tracy, comes out yelling at us that we’re stand byes and need to leave. “I HAVE 2 PEOPLE EVERY TEN MINUTES YOU NEED TO LEAVE” and we say well it said we could also wait, and she points to a tiny font on a print on the wall about their “new policy.” I’m blown away by how rude and disrespectful she was. If you’re stressed and have tons of patients scheduled, get going don’t blame walk ins and...
