Nabila's Sugar Shack — Attraction in Cascade Charter Township

As I read all the other reviews I am so shocked that I'm the only who experience rushed, inconsiderate and empathetic service. I literally cried during service and once I left from how impatient and rude her energy was towards me. She really expected to be done with my service in 7 mins. She had her next appointment there within 10'15 mins of me there. She was rushing so she steady pulling and ripping as it's still burning from last pull. Didn't give no damn sympathy that I was in pain, never made me comfortable and prepared for waxing, jus quickly started service. I definitely will not be back. Oh and this my second bad experience with her. My feelings was highly hurt!!!😔

Update..... And as anybody can see what I was saying about u not having no empathy or consideration of my pain or jus being there because u got your appointments scheduled every 15 minutes apart. Your response clearly shows u not sorry and what I was saying have truth to it. And I wasn't there for 32 minutes. Stg I was there 15 minutes and u had your next customer there. How bad I wish I didn't come back I only came back cause of my friend said I should try it one time with u cause I was on my menstrual the 1st time. But it's OK cause I'm guaranteed life go spin a block for me and show u how u made me feel. Idky u don't have a brace period for clients for waxing them anyway, to state u gave me 32 mins like I really cause u to move slower is crazy cause I actually sat there without...

I had the best experience with Nabila! This was my first time with sugar waxing (I’ve previously had hard wax done elsewhere), and I will definitely be coming back. I decided to go to Nabila’s because of the other positive Google reviews, and I’m so glad I did. Her process is incredibly quick, she’s very kind and professional, and she does her best to talk you through the more painful moments (no way around it — this stuff will never be a walk in the park) while still going as quickly as she can. It’s clear she has a lot of experience with waxing because even with the fast pace, it was the most thorough wax I’ve ever gotten.

Her suite inside the salon building is clean and well-kept. She makes her own sugar wax and takes pride in the quality of her product. She also has what I consider to be some of the best prices in the area. After a less than stellar experience at a different GR salon, I’m so glad to have found Nabila’s Sugar Shack and now have someone I trust to do a great job....

Nabila is very talented at what she does! I've had hard wax done at a different place and sugaring done at yet another different place, and those experiences were horrible. I was bleeding and in pain. After doing some research, I found Nabila's Sugar Shack and figured I'd courageously give her a try... well worth it!!! She's kind and creates a calming atmosphere. She's quick and efficient at sugaring. It had been a long time since I had any type of waxing done, yet she made quick order of it. I can't sing her praises enough. Fast, efficient, good at her work, and kind. I can't wait to schedule my next sugaring...
