Walgreens — Local services in Cascade Charter Township

I accidently ordered something at this store which was not a big deal, however I went to pick it up and they didn't have the items. Also not a big deal but the girl was super rude when I asked to cancel the order. I was just staying in the area and it was honestly the convenience of it all. IF this wasn't enough, I got a phone call the next day about how I should not order the photo item I wanted to order as it would not look good and they have bad ink quality. While I appreciate the honesty, it was a huge hassle in the end. ON top of the rude manager you had on hand that night, I was upset you called to tell me your ink quality was horrible and that I shouldn't order it. Don't worry I didn't and I wont order photos from you if your ink quality is that bad. Sad...

so basically, I’ve been here a few times you know developed photos printed photos gotten snacks before the movies… Well, this would be a five star review if they hadn’t messed my order up. I come in about 2 1/2 weeks ago excited to get my digital camera developed, nice lady gives me a little ticket telling me the day and time to come in. fast-forward. to this day And guess what? My photos are not ready! i’ve talked to two different women at this point and both have given me a little to nothing besides, you’ll get a text when they’re ready! No, I don’t wanna text when it’s ready because it should be ready now. Very upset they were very short with me and I just want my photos! What’s a girl without her photos?...

While this may be just a Walgreens, it's one of the best ones I've had occasion to use. It's in a quiet part of Grand rapids at the easternmost end of 28th Street.

I haven't been dazzled or amazed, but the store is well run and that's the important part. It's very clean including the customer bathrooms. The shelves are nearly organized and stocked. Prescriptions were ready much sooner than promised or than I expected.

The staff were helpful and efficient taking and printing passport photos for me. When a line of five customers suddenly formed at the single open checkout register, extra help arrived to open another register in just half a minute.
