Yeah this place is pretty cool. Came here for a lunchtime walk, but was really impressed with the design and layout of the whole place. Playgrounds, big field, several walking paths and even a design for a rather cool scavenger hunt that is displayed with rock pylons for the player to go hunt items. Really cool place for kids and their parents alike. Decent amount of parking, a bridge that goes over a path. Looks like water features are here to like fountains. Not on during winter though.

Elk Ridge is a clean, well arranged, and fun park with lots to explore. Larger table area is great, but lacks visibility to the play area. This is definitely a good park for ages 4-10. The splash pad will be nice when the weather permits. If there had been swings or a play sand area, this would have been a 5 star review.

Elk Ridge Park is a great place for a leisurely hike. The elevation gains are gradual and there are plenty of beautiful views. We hiked on Memorial Day weekend and there wild flowers already popping along the trails.

A peaceful park with abundant resources including a full sized field, numerous hiking trails, sheltered picnic tables, benches, ample parking, play structures, and (during the summer season) available bathrooms and water fountains. Its an ideal place to spend an afternoon with the family, walk the dog, or just get some much needed alone time, and is the location used for most outdoor city events and many local amateur sports leagues. Note: Alcohol is prohibited without an official permit or during city events at which...

Super fun park with a cute splash pad! It did shut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of the day, and no one could figure out how to get it running again—but it eventually turned back on by itself. Maybe it’s a water-saving feature? The women’s bathroom was locked, which was tricky since it was a Sunday and there was a co-ed football clinic happening. A lot of girls ended up having to block off the men’s room to use it. Aside from that, the park has a ton of...
