A Unique Drive-Thru Christmas Lights Display for the whole family. This is more than strings of lights wrapped around structures & trees. There are unique opaque surfaces with flowing radiant colors, giving fire a more realistic flicker. The "racing" strings of lights strung in a coned shape, display patterns of individual lights move independently and then seem to accumulate. You will find typical Xmas characters: santa, reindeer, grinch and elves. I was impressed to see the different regions of the state of Texas represented. There is a coastal theme, Midland theme, and a homage to all the branches of the military. Once you've finished driving through the 1 mile display, go park at the "Winter Wonderland". An opportunity to stretch your legs, get some hot cocoa & unique snacks. I tried smoked brisket cotton candy, it confuses the senses; tastes like cotton candy with a slight distinct smokiness, not bad. There are bathroom facilities. If you're looking for Xmas gifts, there is a tent of vendors selling their unique products: 3D printed dragons, custom knives, knitted towel holders, unique hats. The area is handicapped accessible (wheelchair accessible). The handicap parking is not easy to see. When you drive down the row of parking spots, drive to the very end and turn right to go down the slopped driveway. The drive will lead you down behind the Vendor's tent. You will then see the handicap designated parking spots This will be a new Xmas...

Patrons: The show was really good. The tunnel effects were the best parts. Kids loved it. The wait can be long—be prepared for that by either going to the bathroom before you go and or having a portable one for the littles. Having a moonroof in your vehicle is a plus. All-in-all a fun time and we’ll do it again next year.

Venue/Organizers: All in all a good, clean setup. I would recommend a way to have more vehicles on the grounds in line so that it doesn’t overflow as much onto the public roads. It looked like you may need more porties...as lots of people were getting out to use the bushes. The light show itself was good quality, but with the tunnels being the best part, it made the rest of it seem a little lacking by comparison, especially the end that just sort of...ended. Perhaps setup the light show and music to “build up” to that finale similar to how fireworks displays are done with the best for last concept.

The winter wonderland needed to be enclosed given the cold and wind conditions. No one wanted to go in there except for using the restroom. For that to be a stop, I’d say to invest more on that side of things...especially if it’s going to be the finale of the experience, much like the recommendation for the end of the light experience. There was nothing there that enticed most people to want to stay there and it creates a feel of it being an afterthought on what is otherwise a really good experience...

What a great place for family fun. The experience itself was like no other drive thru light experience. The lights are bright and are synced to a radio station that can be listened to within your vehicle. We went on Friday November 27, 2020. We purchased our tickets online for $30.00 for the time slot of 7:30-8:00. During this time, the line to get in the park was very long. It took us approximately 1.5 hours to enter the park, and about another 25 minutes to drive through all the lights in the park. While waiting in line to enter the park, Many of the cars were coming from multiple directions causing traffic to back up. Furthermore, google GPS took directed us to go down Gaas road which the park can not be accessed from (Nor can you access Roft Road from Gaas Road). I would recommend to enter Roft Road from Culebra traveled from eastbound (toward 1604- Roft Road would be on your right). Due to the line being backed up from the entrance of the park, down Roft road to Culebra, this caused a traffic jam on the roadway. Vehicles attempting to enter on Roft Road from Culebra traveling westbound, had to yield to vehicle traveling eastbound at the light. Only one car was able to make it during a light cycle due to the amount of cars backed up on Roft road therefore more cars were able to enter Roft road when turning right from Culebra. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend it to others looking to get into the...

This is a great place to visit. It’s now become a yearly tradition to go look at the lights here, with my kids. The music, on the radio, goes along with the light show. I liked the Texas themed lights area, the most. We didn’t visit the indoor park area this year, but it was a lot of fun a couple of years ago—with a lot of games and activities (arts and crafts, and escape room, and food options).
