Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Texas

I hate to be the first one to review this Pizza Hut, but honestly, it wasn't a great experience. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 pastas. We received all items, fairly quickly. As we started eating, one of the pizzas, there was a few pieces of hair in the crust. We called them back, spoke with the manager and the manager offered to refund the credits. We asked for a second pizza, seeing how that was our dinner & we were all hungry. We got reassured that a new pizza would be made and come out immediately. We waited an hour, still nothing. We called back to see what happened. The manager refused to get on the phone. Instead, she had the guy in the front {maybe a young teen} talk to us. The poor kid, didn't know what to say & was new. The manager didn't get on the phone at all. We were told that our pizza was sent out at 10:40 with the delivery guy {it was 11:16 when we called} and that maybe he was in an accident or his car stopped working but that was it. No update on where our pizza was, just that we don't have it. It's now 11:29 PM and we still have nothing. We didn't get refunded anything either. So, by the time the pizza comes, it will be pretty much midnight and 3/4 people at the house, that were waiting on this pizza, didn't get to eat their pizza. Seriously, for a new Pizza hut, this is ridiculous. I will not recommend this...

This Pizza Hut now has a lifelong customer. I have been there about four or five times but twice within the past month. Both of these recent times I was greeted by the lovely cashier lady despite them being jam packed with orders. The first time I was there I had accidentally put in the wrong cell phone number for my mobile order, they ran out of the pizza I wanted and was unable to call me. When I came in they apologized for MY MISTAKE and then comped my food in a comparable style of pizza for the trouble. The second time today was the weirdest one. Not in a mood for pizza my girlfriend insisted on having spaghetti. I, of course, forgot the mushrooms to my signature spaghetti. All groceries stores were closed so I took a shot and drove 10 minutes to this Pizza Hut. I offered to pay for a small portion of mushrooms and instead they gave me a giant portion of mushrooms for free because that’s the kind of Pizza Hut this place is. One where customer service is the key factor, and pizza the second. I feel sorry for the nearby Papa John’s, Dominos, and other pizza restaurants local or not. Nobody, and I mean nobody outpizzas the Hut, and no Pizza Hut...

Places an online order tonight for the dinner box and after submitting order online it gave me a 40 min wait time so we waited for 40 mins well when we go up there they handed me the box and only 2 of the pizza where in there and they handed me a side box which had a thin crust pork not what I ordered I go back in there and tell them this is not what I ordered and they where like sorry that’s all we have um excuses me you said nothing of this at the window mr micheal I was upset now not only do I now have dinner for my family I have to reorder at Dominos up the street! I am so upset that is so disrespectful y’all should of mentioned that at the window not just hand that to someone no phone call or nothing! I come here often but I’m reconsidering after this.. to the GM apparently your name is Ashley that’s what Micheal told me please speak with your crew about replacing peoples items without even checking with me to see if that would be ok because not only is that wasteful but that’s truly disrespectful nothing was said thank god I checked my pizza...
