Shipley Do-Nuts — Restaurant in Texas

I don't typically leave reviews but after giving this location several attempts since they opened I have to say these are the worst Shipley's donuts and donuts in general I've ever had and we will not return. This last visit we actually threw them in the trash and I wish I had taken a photo of how poor and not at all fresh the quality was. I've never seen donuts look so bad and the taste is worse. I was so excited when i found out this location was opening because we love the Bandera location and this is closer, but we definitely still drive out of our way to the one on Bandera because the quality is on a completely different level. My mom was also charged for items not received when she went and told me hers was so bad she took one bite and threw it away. Majorly lacking in quality, taste, freshness, and needing so much improvement at this location. Absolutely not worth the visit and the price is also way too high. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Instant Donuts nearby or Shipleys on Bandera rd near...

This morning I went to get an iced coffee and donut holes and had a horrible experience. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and chocolate donut holes. When I approached the window, the gentlemen handed me plain donut holes...not what I ordered and didn't even offer to correct it when I brought it up. Then after about 5 minutes a lady approached the window with my latte and said sorry for the wait as the machine wasn't working which made me question what is wrong with it and if the coffee would actually be good. When she handed me the latte the lid was not on and so the latte spilled all over my scrubs and car. The lady just froze and did not say or do anything but just closed the window. I proceeded to drive away and try to dry myself off with the 1 napkin they provided me with. Not a great way to start my day. Please work on your attention to detail and customer service. I will now smell like vanilla latte the rest of the day and show up to work with wet pants with...

It was 8:45 when i pulled up to this location. Walked to the door cause i saw a worker on his phone behind the counter. The door was locked, fugured it was probably just drive-thru open..... i was wrong. I waited 2 minutes at the speaker and got nothing. Went up to the window, the guy with glasses was still on his phone behind the counter. It took him a minute to notice me. When he did, he threw his hand up and "cut his neck". I know that he meant they were closed but at that time is was 8:50.... i was looking at a sign that read "open 7 days a week 5 am-9pm"..... terrible Shirley's store. Terrible...
