I had the pleasure of visiting The Smoking Jacket Cigar Lounge, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed like a regular. The owner was incredibly helpful and genuinely passionate about making sure everyone had a great time.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, filled with happy, friendly patrons who greeted me as if I’d been coming there for years. As someone from out of town, it was one of the most hospitable evenings I’ve had in a long time. This place truly makes you feel at home.

I was there with a member on Cinco, and we bought cigars and went to enjoy them upstairs. And a few min later my brother in law who is a member asked if I would like a margarita he said they are complimentary so I went to ask for one and the gentleman at the front desk 'Chuck' doesn't understanding how to approach someone. I understand customer service and what it looks like to be greeted by a professional. I am also in the service business. He 'Chuck needs training. If he is the face of your business, good luck. After my experience, I will not return, nor will I extend an offer to anyone. I used to live here and was back visiting. I googled and found this lounge. I was excited because the ladies owned the spot. This was the most unfriendly lounge I've ever been to. When we walked in no one spoke. Probably because of the heated debate. The Humidor is nice. I got the triple ligero house stick and it was very good. Lounge is nice. They have seats and tables and chairs. I saw they have a jack rabbit so they invested in their system. I was surprised that this is how they treat first time customers.
