Our visit was pleasant while also a little unsettling. Appealing for local disc golfers. Signage is lacking and there is a small stick and grass "hut" by the river. Not an ideal place to garden, walk, or play a solo game alone at any time of day. Parking appears to be down the road and in the grassy area near the gate to the water treatment facility. It's not the most pleasant smell and the disc golf course wraps around the whole water treatment plant. Disc golf players seem to maintain it well with fresh bark down and barriers created to prevent discs from disappearing. It appears to be a challenging course. There are benches and a trash can by platforms 4 and 8. People also appear to respect the course and the trees. The park was pretty deserted while we were there and Google said the park was "busier than usual." Towards the end of our walk, three gentlemen arrived playing the course. They parked in the same grassy area. There is a locked community garden with a sign. No hours or other information is posted. Some postings said the course was closed, but the two entry gates were open. There's a quiet spot down by a creek near platform 8. It's very peaceful, and there are great birds, fish, and deer tracks. If you go back by the rocky ledge, there was a little stick and grass "hut." No trash, but does seem like a place a person would not want to be alone or if hurt.

Probably one of the most scenic parks in the state of Texas. The mountains are stunning. We took the tram car and we had no idea that the gift shop was closed for the first time in a year. We decided to camp out for a few months and then got a new house close to the beach. If you are unwilling to have a great time then we highly recommend you stay home and enjoy your vacation on your own couch. Thank you for the heads up on this beautiful holiday place. Our family is very excited about this opportunity to reflect on our success with the world of Semaphore Flags.

One of the many benefits of residents of Block House Creek - this resident only park (and their guests) boasts a professionally designed 9 hole disc golf course, home to a private community garden, community clubhouse, access to the creek and many walking trails. Hard to imagine finding a spot to walk along a creek and spot fish, turtles, deer and other wildlife in the middle of the Leander/Cedar Park suburbs, but you can do that here. If you’re interested in learning more about living in Block House Creek please reach out.

Always the best haunted house in my neighborhood I'm an adult and I go every year and I love it. They have it on October 30th and 31st. That way the kids can come to the haunted house and trick or treat. They change the theme here and there. It goes through their house a little bit and on the side of the backyard and sometimes it goes through the garage as well. The actors are they will jump scare you, but if you don't touch the actors they would touch or torture you back. The line is always long, but goes by fast. The haunted house only lasts a few minutes to get through it. They have candy at the end. It's not wheelchair accessible. But all more it's...
