Coat and Thai — Restaurant in Cedar Park

Was excited to see a Thai food truck at the ball park, but so disappointed in the food. Many of the menu items included tofu, but no tofu was available. The chicken fried rice was mushy and lacked seasoning badly. The spring rolls were just lettuce and carrots, and the dipping was revolting. Maybe thousand island dressing? I gave it 3 stars because the chicken pad thai was fair and edible.
