If I could give zero stars I would …my experience was not what I typically get when visiting I don’t normally go to this location I normally go to the newer location near the arboretum but I was in cedar park so I gave this location a try. My intention was finding a cute gift for my moms upcoming birthday however walking into the store I was not greeted or given even a simple hello it was silent…after looking around I noticed two older ladies and I spoke with Barbara and she asked if I needed any help and I told her I was looking for a gift for my mom and instead of saying “ let me show you what she might like ? Or what does your mom like “ to help make suggestions she just stated “ oh ok” and walked away. I proceeded to look around the cases and I felt as if someone was watching me and it was her I would walk around elsewhere and she would noticeable be in the same area as me trying not to look obvious but subtle is not a trait she has unfortunately. I felt uncomfortable and I called my sister to ask if my mom had the same rings I was planning on purchasing and after conversing I went with another ring option from the dessert rose collection . Shortly after another customer walked in and she was greeted warm and asked if she needed help finding anything she received a much more friendly welcoming then I did for sure. I just wanted to write this review because leaving that store location didn’t sit well with me . I would like the takeaway to be always treat everyone with the same respect and consideration you would want your family or friends to be treated with . I was checked out by Barbara and her demeanor never softened or changed her energy just was not it. I hope Barbara and the other older lady as well see this and think about being more considerate and nice as a normal decent human being would be especially in customer...

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. I went in to pick up an order today, and despite there being 5-6 registers, additionally one specifically labeled “pick up,” I was told to stand in the main line behind customers designing bracelets and checking out. My order was fully paid for and ready days ago, it would’ve taken 60 seconds to grab it. Instead, they expected me to wait over 30 minutes!

What’s even worse is that I had a baby with me. The lack of consideration is outrageous. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here, either. On a previous visit, it took over an hour to set up just three items (with no line!) because the employee kept getting confused.

Coming here is always a nightmare. Unless this business or location overhauls its broken process and considers scenarios like today and how to make the process easier, I won’t purchase again. The quality of their jewelry is outstanding, high-quality materials. The 4 staff members at the front were top-notch. They were friendly, welcoming us into the store and asking if we needed anything, always ready to assist with any questions or help you find the perfect piece. Their professionalism makes every visit a pleasure. The atmosphere in the store is quite elegant, creating a comfortable and enjoyable shopping environment.
