I recently visited the Elkins Park library. Excellent small Local Library and local resource !! The Elkins Park library's collection of children's books is diverse and extensive, catering to a wide range of age groups and interests. As an educator I was immediately drawn to the vibrant displays and inviting bookshelves, which made browsing through the collection a joyful experience.

Read moreI love this library but lately every time i come in here, and need to print something, there is always an issue and the staff just tells me, "oh sorry there is nothing we can do"...seriously??!! What a waste of time! And at first she tells me, "oh no refunds", but she did give me my money back because they don't have a sign up. Thanks...for nothing!
I'll go to the La Mott library...it may be smaller but at least they're friendlier and more helpful and not so abrupt....SMH 13 yrs I've lived here and have patronized these Libraries, and it's such a shame that the Elkins Park staff is not up to par with their customer...
Read moreNice library, but they need to enforce a respectful environment. This is the second time I've been there and folks have been loud. There were people in there "tutoring" and just being loud. I had headphones and could still hear them. I asked a staff member if I could go into the empty room, and was told that the room was for "library programs" and I couldn't use it. If they were such sticklers to the rules, then the "tutors" should've been the ones to go into the program room. It's off putting and I ended up...
