The excellent staff is very well versed and will spend all the time needed to answer any questions. I was curious about the old Farmer's Store, the long wooden bridge replacement, and was able to find lots of info. As a kid, in the 50s - 60s, my family had a cabin on Prairie Lake, and returning many years later was fun to see the changes. How things change! How much I had forgotten.
This delightful little museum brought back so many memories of things like The Spot - The Trading Post - the frozen contest fish at the B&B, and the terrifying Wooden Bridge. I learned to drive on the back-roads around here.
