Fullerton Beach — Attraction in Chicago

If you're a fan of going to the beach, but not a fan of sand getting literally everywhere then this is the beach for you. Fullerton Beach is the perfect spot to set up a picnic and lounge for a few hours with some buddies.

The beach consists of grass and cement, so you don't have the same vibe as North Ave beach next-door at all. Fullerton Beach is way more chill.

There are a lot of bicyclist so make sure you stay clear out of their way. If you're walking your dog or coming with children, make sure they stay clear of the bike paths as not to cause any accidents.

The place is easier to access with public transportation, than it is to deal with finding reasonably priced parking. I would definitely take the bus over instead because it's cheaper.
