I NEVER KNEW I NEEDED LASH EXTENSIONS….until I was gifted my first set. I originally selected Lash Design Lincoln Park location b/c it was convenient and I have never been disappointed. I use Lara. She is fantastic! She is experienced, professional, kind, thorough, and very dependable. She is continually attending courses to keep up with current trends. With her long hours at the lash studio, I don’t know how she has the energy to pursue continuing education, but she makes it a priority. She loves being educated with the latest trends. Lara has worked patiently with me to perfect what style I like best. She’s great with experimenting with me and giving her professional opinion. If I ask about a certain style she doesn’t think would work well for my eye shape, she will provide honesty and back it up with her expertise. We have gone through several variations of styles to find what I think works best for me. We settled on the “mascara/whispy" look, something I knew nothing about until Lara suggested this style. Natural but a little more volume and whispiness than my natural lashes. Lash Design Lincoln Park is good about sending appointment reminders. And, I really appreciate that I am always greeted with a warm welcome. ...

I have been going to Lara every 3 weeks for a few years now and my lashes always come out perfect. I could not be happier and I also could not be without them. Lash Design uses great quality products. With an array of options, to truly customize your lashes to met your needs. They are always ahead of the trends and their lashes last forever! Lara is patient, thorough and will tailor your lashes to fit you in the most flattering of ways. She is a true artist, and has the ability to balance enhancing your real lashes while making them still look and feel like they are actually yours! To top it off, they are always accommodating and will make the time to fit you in for a service. Their customer service is unwavering. I would ask for an appointment with Lara or Sima (the owner). One last sweet perk to add, they recently added Russian manicures as a service in their River North location, with Alia as their nail artist. Alia's work is incredible.

I’m so happy that I found SassyLash for my brows and eyelashes, couldn't be happier with the services that this salon is providing. I'm new to Chicago and it took me a while to find all the Beauty services in the new city. I wish I found SassyLash earlier)) I'm allergic to the glue and getting an eyelash extensions was never an option for me. When I came for the first time, I was getting an eyelash lift and when I told Sima that I have this issue, she said that she has many clients with the same allergy and assured me that there is a technic and a glue that won't be causing any allergic reaction. I was a bit skeptical, bcuz I tried getting eyelash extension on many occasions before and it would always cause me so much pain and irritation. I'm glad that I took a chance.
