CPR Cell Phone Repair Binghamton — Attraction in City of Binghamton

My daughters iphone screen was cracked beyond usability (probably not a real word). But that was the case. Called before I went to see if the screen was in stock. The guy on the phone said they had one, answered all my questions, and gave me an honest answer when I asked how long it would take. I showed up 2 hours later, they immediately acknowledged me, grabbed the new screen, explained the process, gave me a quoted time and wrote up the order. I didn’t have time to stay while the repair was being done, but it seemed like an awesome place to just chill and hang out at while it was being done. But, I picked it up well after it was done, and it was perfect.

This is where I tell everyone the reason I’ll go back there for all of my phone, or any other service they offer…

While I was there for just a screen repair, they offer a ton of other things and accessories. They didn’t try to sell me on anything whatsoever. I actually asked about their screen protection options, and the associate explained every single one to me without ever saying that I “should buy” or “need” or “do you want to look at…”. He was knowledgeable, kind and very personable. I actually chose a cheaper/middle of the road screen protector in the end and they put it on for me.

I would highly recommend this place for their staff, atmosphere, and overall convenience. Sorry for the ranting. It was just nice to see that some places still actually care about taking care of customers more than overselling or pushing into things they don’t want or need....

The person who handled the repair for my boyfriend’s electronic has been very disrespectful and unprofessional all together. She hasn’t kept in contact in the updates for the electronic, and has been extremely rude upon us calling to inquire about when it will be done. They even melted the plastic frame and are trying to charge more money to fix it. As a company, it is their responsibility to fix what they broke. You can’t put that on the customer. We have already waited a month to fix a job that shouldn’t be more than a couple of weeks. It still isn’t done. On top of this, the person threatened to keep our product because “it’s been in her possession for more than 10 days”. It wouldn’t be in your possession if you would do the job you agreed to! I will never go through this company again for anything and I will make sure everyone who goes there is aware of the scams, unprofessionalism, and disrespect they will get when using this service.

This company charges WAY too much for their service, and doesn’t make me willing to support them with the way their team member acted. I am certainly not impressed and we should’ve went elsewhere to get this fixed. At this point now I just want the product back along with all the money we’ve forked over in trying to...

CELL PHONE REPAIR shop in Binghamton NY, has a quote on their business card. “We save your mobile life”. This statement cannot be more true! I just moved to NY state and I cannot recommend their service enough. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone and needing help with my cell phone (which was super hard to navigate), they worked magic. You often don’t know who you can trust with repairs, but you can trust them. The quality of care, the time, effort and sincere dedication they offered was nothing short of amazing.

They treated me with value, respect and went above and beyond to assure high quality service. I am thankful to know good people still exist. Shout out to Caleb, Darryl, John and Andy for their knowledge, skills, time, and energy.

I went there for cell phone help and they did, “save my mobile life”. They also repair computers, and offer other technology services. And there is a business Muckles there which I look forward to working with them for some printing needs I have. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Binghamton and surrounding towns are so lucky to have them.
