My first visit to Station 45 on June 11 was a wonderful dining experience. From the service to the food. I would like to thank my waitress Lauren for her wonderful service and for answering any questions I had. My dinner started with a glass of Sequoia Grove wine. It had a nice taste. My appetizer was the eggplant stack. Nice size slices of eggplant, cooked perfectly with tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. It had a wonderful taste. Then came the French Onion soup. A favorite of mine, I always order it if it's on the menu. This didn't disappoint me with French Swiss and provolone cheese. Plenty of onions and a rich broth, cheese melted perfectly. It's topped with two nice pieces of thick bread. Now to the main course. A veal chop with milanese butter and asparagus. Veal has always been a favorite of mine. This didn't disappoint. Cooked to a perfect medium rare, melted in my mouth, topped with the milanese butter gave it an amazing taste. The asparagus was cooked perfectly and had a nice crunch to it. Now on to dessert. The chocolate mud cake. No words can describe how amazing this was. It was fantastic. The whipped cream and chocolate crumb topping enhanced the flavor. I will definitely be returning soon to try other of the amazing dishes on the menu. Definitely give them a try if you are in the area.

Stopped for dinner on our way home from further north. The decor was stunning. They honored the history without it feeling stuffy or "old", and included just the right amount of modern. We sat at the bar, which offers the full restaurant menu. There is outdoor seating, but he menu is limited. Be aware, this seems to be the go to for typing professionals right after will, so "happy hour" was quite busy! Our bartender was friendly and quite knowledgeable of the building and it's history! Drinks were very good as well. All of the food was spectacular!!! Oysters are super fresh. The creamy chicken and vegetable soup, as mundane as that may sound, was amazing. Silky and light with a vegetable mix. My husband's French onion soup was also stellar. He ordered a filet mignon that came out perfectly cooked, with one of the best Bernaise sauces we've had in years. My Chilean sea bass was cooked to perfection, and the risotto was smooth and creamy without overcooking the rice. We will definitely be back!

I was impressed. Up scale chop house that hits the mark. When we walked in, our table was ready and waiting at our reservation time. The server greeted us quickly, took our drink orders and explained the specials. She was very attentive all evening coming back multiple times to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything. The menu is varied from sandwiches, to sea food, and steaks. My companion had the Philly cheese steak. Huge portion and very tasty came with fries. I opted for the NY strip. Again a generous cut cooked to the proper temperature. Both were excellent. We were too full for dessert but it too looked appealing, chocolate cake, and fried Oreos to name a few. Overall very nice dining experience. We will be going back again

Our intention was to enjoy an exceptional dinner experience, to be waited on flawlessly and to indulge in exquisite cuisine. Sadly, that isn't what transpired.

When frequenting an establishment with entree's priced at $50 there are conditions that are unassailable. For one, a dress code. To see men in t-shirts and shorts, during prime dinner hours is completely unacceptable. Once the pricing structure exceeds $30/entrée, jackets are required attire. Christini's in Orlando, The Wentworth Club in the UK and Le Petit Columbia in Paris all serve as examples of truly classy experiences.

The waiter, found it necessary to read the menu to us in it's entirety. Did we appear illiterate? He wasn't attentive and often walked away while my dinner date was speaking. The left-over appetizers, he boxed and placed on the floor next to the table. I don't need to go into detail about how unsanitary that was.

The food, although good, was not fabulous. The rack of lamb, ordered medium rare was for the most part uncooked. The chops weren't sliced free from the rack which required excessive cutting to get through the raw meat. Priced at $58 the presentation should have left me with nothing to do, but to enjoy the chef's expertise. The Burrata that my friend ordered as a special appetizer was in her words, 'delicious'. Although, the serving size was far too large for a single person to sort through. The same could be said for the Calamari that I ordered. Half the serving size and 60% of the price would have been more appropriate.

Overall, I expected so much more and came away sorely...

Fantastic New Spot for Food, Fun, Family, and Cocktails...

A timeless setting curated within the Historic Lackawanna Train Station, offering chic and modern flare and a reflection of solidarities represented well within the generational framework of this landmark building.

The steakhouse options are short, but respectably reserved - encompassing well rounded choice cuts sourced locally and with 'a la cart' additions to further enhance, or tantalize, your palate.

Beyond the inherent steakhouse options are a refined and exceptional menu - from fresh pescatorian prospects, classic Italian iterations, and handheld cheese steaks - all of which leave ones palate to savor more. Station 45 will certainly leave you satisfied, but also wanting to come and explore it more.

At the center of the dining hall lies the signature bar, where one may tarry away with a cocktail or enjoy the multitude of culinary collaborations while fraternizing amongst friends, family, colleagues, and the like.

Binding everything together is the harmony exuded between the owner, manager, and staff - present to cultivate your experience and patronage personally. The interactions given to the guests by all three levels of the business is endearing, caring, and personable - past what is normally offered elsewhere and truly emphasizes the dedication...
