I emailed with questions and heard from the manager twice because he wanted to be sure my questions were answered. I think that shows great customer service. The day of our booking which was today was rocky. The girl who tightened my harness and put it on me did not do something right and it kept loosening while I was climbing, and bunching up and pinching my legs. I asked a staff member and they said something was buckled wrong and it needed fixed. That's slightly concerning. I also asked them if there are different fittings for things because im short and had struggles reaching the line when zipping.
I got toward the end and I started feeling sick, my blood sugar was dropping even though I had eaten before entering the park, that happens sometimes in the heat. My husband already finished the last line in the course so he grabbed a staff member and the staff member got snotty because I felt too weak to finish the course. I understand it's frustrating. I told him thank you twice and all he said was the shop has snacks for sale and was not pleasant about the situation at all. I genuinely felt bad for even needing help. My husband was able to finish the course while I ate and rested and he had a lot of fun. Overall it's a good quality park with a lot of options for different levels of climbers. I recommend buying tickets in advance because a lot of people had long wait times because it was busy. We bought ours in advance and I'm...
Read moreSo we were there on Saturday 7/18/2020, for the Glow Night Event. I would like to note, I have been there previously a year or so ago, during the day, during a not busy time. And it was fun. Great experience. And would go back to do the other courses we didn’t get a chance to do. But Saturday night was a different story. It was a madhouse. Way too many tickets were available for purchase. At the end of the night, there was a line up of people all trying to take off from the starting/launch point. We were in line from 9pm-1030pm, when we got to the starting/launch point, we were told that the two harder courses were closed for the night, and there were about 20-30 people left in line, who had only gotten time to complete 1 course, that course being an easier course because you have to do an easier course before you can advance to the harder ones. So by the time we got back to the starting point to take off, it was so late the harder two courses were closed. There were a lot of upset people. The workers at the course itself were great, James, Emily, Olivia, Jose were all fantastic and handled the situation great. But the owner definitely needs to chill out on ticket sales for Glow Events. I get trying to get as many people in as possible. But there has to be enough time for each group to at least get through the course 2 times. And not have the 2 harder courses closed before we get a...
Read moreI really liked this park. Made me do things outta my comfort zone a couple times but you knew you were safe. Couple things I loved: the adventure, being in the trees, creative courses, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, you have to pay attention but but you are given thourough directions and they also have a small practice course. Couple things I didn't like: it's expensive, I got stuck behind a slow group of people and I spent a lot of time waiting to move on to another element at one point. My husband and kids had the same thing happen. I got off the course and went to another one and I was basically by myself which solved the problem of waiting. However I never had time to finish that particular course which I did want to do. A couple of people in my group hit their head or ran into trees on the course after a Zipline element. Stuff happens and there is padding at the end of the zip line, it was just shocking for the younger kids in our group. Overall, this was a bucket list experience for me. And I loved it. I would definitely go back. I would try a week day or earlier time on the weekend though. The park did get busy after noon and then you spend more time waiting to move onto...
