Matt Ayotte is such a kind, honest person and was so helpful to my mom and I on Saturday 10 minutes before closing. My mom and I were in town for a quick trip from out of town. We heard a noise when turning the wheel that made us uncomfortable and felt like it was binding the wheel. I looked underneath and could not see anything. We headed over to the dealer and asked them to take a quick look underneath. They had 10 minutes until closing. When we pulled in Matt greeted us, he took a look and said he would see what he could do for us with them closing so soon. My mom had just gotten her vehicle back the week prior from an accident she was in back in September (repaired at another dealership). When she got it back she had broken down on the side of the freeway so you can imagine when we heard this noise how uneasy she was. Matt told us to take a seat in the lounge and he would get it looked at. He came back to tell us there was some ice bound up and he got it out, test drove it around the lot and the noise was gone. While talking we briefly described the experience she had at another dealership and how we still smelled coolant. Matt then opened the hood and took a look underneath, he could smell coolant didn’t see where it was coming from but let us know to have it taken back-when under the hood he also noticed fasteners that weren’t put back. We thanked him and tried to give him a tip but he would not take it. I work in a dealership and I’m all about customer service. Matt is a fantastic employee and he goes above and beyond!...

They fixed the problem. Although I'm a little disappointed that the problem arose.

At the latest service, I requested a tire rotation...

WHY would anyone rotate only 2 tires?

Is it possible the front tires didn't travel as far as the rear?

I know I'm being snarky, but there was no explanation as to why only 2 tires were included in the rotation!

This oil change was eminently better than the last! Not only did S&B do what was asked regarding lube, oil and filter change, including tire rotation, but in my opinion, they went over and above the expectations!

We had aftermarket headlights installed a couple years ago. Today's service required a replacement for one of those headlights. S&B actually sent someone to the auto parts store in town and purchased the exact same model light for the replacement!

We are definitely happy to allow S&B to continue to service our first ever Jeep that we bought new from them!!!

We had an issue with our Jeep. I called and described it and was told to bring it in and they would start the diagnosis. We dropped it off late Friday afternoon and on Monday I got a call with a partial diagnosis. I authorized the course of the repairs and Tuesday, in the early afternoon, S&B service called and let me know the issue was corrected and that the Jeep was ready to go.

I call this good service and great communication! We will continue to use S&B for our maintenance and potentially our next...

I have been taking my car to Schaefer and Bierlein for the last 8 years for service. They are always able to get me in within a week of scheduling, treat me so kindly, and I have never had to take my vehicle back to correct anything that has been serviced by them. Their customer service alone will keep me as a loyal customer. I can drop off my car before my appointment and they will drop it back off to me at work because I work locally. I had a my vehicle in to have my winter tires replaced yesterday. While they were on their way to drop of my vehicle, they noticed a funny sound. They decided to take it back to the dealership and see what was going on. After further investigation and having multiple people look at it and test drive it, they found that I had some some bad U Joints that made it unsafe to drive my vehicle. They called me and recommend I fix it before driving. It was nice to know they genuinely cared and were able to fix it that day! I also received a personal note from Craig Bierlein about a fix he made to the housing of my window switches that has been popped out of the door frame for years. I had it duct taped to try to keep it in and it always bothered me. The little gesture of fixing that for me blew me away! I am in the market for a new vehicle and I will definitely buy it from Schaefer & Bierlein and continue to get it...
