Fairway Garden Carwash — Attraction in City of Industry

Literally happens minutes ago - I had the unfortunate experience of taking my car to this unprofessional Fairway Garden Carwash for what I hoped would be a routine cleaning. However, what transpired was an absolute nightmare that has left me fuming with anger and disappointment.

To start, upon arriving at the car wash, the staff seemed uninterested and lacked basic customer service skills. No warm greetings, no smiles – just a stark reminder that they were only there to collect my money. But the worst was yet to come.

After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally received my car back from the wash. At first glance, everything seemed fine. But as I walked around, I noticed a long, deep scratch on the wheel of my car that was definitely not there before. I immediately turned around to confront the staff about the damage they had done, but to my dismay, they flat-out denied any responsibility.

It was apparent that the scratch was fresh, and given that I had just handed over my car to them, there is no doubt that their carelessness caused the damage. But instead of owning up to their mistake, they chose to be defensive and dishonest. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also downright infuriating.

I demanded to speak to a manager, hoping for a resolution, but even the manager seemed disinterested and unwilling to accept any blame. They brushed me off and insinuated that the scratch must have been there before, which is simply untrue.

I left the car wash feeling defeated and cheated. Not only did I have to deal with the emotional stress of seeing my car damaged, but the staff's apathy and denial only added insult to injury. It is abundantly clear that they do not value their customers or take responsibility for their actions.

I would strongly advise against bringing your car to Fairway Garden Carwash. Save yourself the frustration, money, and potential damage to your vehicle. There are plenty of other reputable car washes that genuinely care about their customers and would never dream of denying responsibility for their mistakes.

In summary, my experience at this carwash was utterly disappointing and disheartening. I will never return, and I implore anyone reading this to think twice before trusting this establishment with their precious vehicles. Avoid...

Horrible experience. I came yesterday August 8th 2023, I was only going to get a quick car wash. But the ticket writer talked me into getting the $75 manager special. , so I paid my $75 for the manager's special and I sat there and waited about an hour for my car to be washed. And then the general manager Pedro comes to tell me that I have to bring my car back the next day Because they don't have time to wash it. I included a couple pictures so you can see how dirty my car still is. I'm only out here visiting California from Redmond, Washington. And I'm scheduled to leave August 9th 2023, I come back to the car wash The next day and I explain that I don't have time to leave my car and get it washed any more. , I have a long drive back to Washington. I ask for my refunds so I can be on my wand they inform me that they do not do refunds on manager special car washes. I informed the ticket writer and the office clerk that there has been nothing done to my car, I was sent home by the general manager. Because they did not have time to wash my car. And all I wanted was a refund. So after going back-and-forth with the ticket writer and the general manager, they decide to only give me half of my money back. I still don't understand why they kept half of my money when they did not provide any services. I was sent home because they had no time to provide the service that I paid for and I was asked to come back the next day. Which makes no sense., do not go to this car wash, they...

My first time there and I was not happy they have signs all over the place not happy tell us happy tell a friend well I think they got it wrong do it correct and I'm happy and will tell the hole world it the new way (REVIEWS) hope they get it. Ok have a black truck you charge extra because it's larger ok a small car that went before me was finished after my larger vehicle and mines not clean I got soap that was still somewhere in the front of truck bug deflector, I pulled over and wiped it all off and now I notice the chrome 20's need cleaning just as well later I realized they did not put airfreashener too. We'll let me give them some credit vacuumed truck better than the average car wash. Overall just going back and having them do over would be a waste of time I have done this before at other place just to waste my time even further with bad car washes, can't even get a fair car wash for 26 to 30 dollars anyplace anymore how do these places stay in bisiness. After posting I start to read other reviews and I notice they did not wipe down my interior I still have a film of dust on headrest door panels I have a dash mat so I didn't notice the problem till I read the reviews just stay away not the place to get a fair car...
