Update 8/2020 : Had contacted Samuel - SS Tech Plus in the past for a printer repair, was very happy with his service so I contacted him again for computer virus issues. Dropped my computer off within hours of contacting him; the repair was done quickly and my computer was up and running in no time. He is went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my speaker and at no charge. Samuel is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Prices are very fair and reasonable; can’t thank him enough!

We are 72 yr old technophobes. I searched for a computer repair service in my area and chose Samuel because his reviews were stellar. I made the best choice. He determined that our computer was fixable for a reasonable fee for an older desktop. I really wanted to buy an All-In-One to eliminate all the cords and wires. Samuel made several recommendations, sending us the links and helped us decide on the computer that met our needs for the best price. He then ordered it, transferred our old data, and came to the house and set it up. He demonstrated everything for us, connected our printer to the new desktop. After describing the situation to Sam, he was informative and clear and concise on the options he would try if I wanted him to take a shot. Through the entire process Sam the was tremendous to work with.
