My fiancée and I recently worked with Heather who met with us both in person and responded to all of our emails very quickly. We walked in with a general idea of what we wanted, but after talking with Heather we ended up completely customizing our rings. Mills has a beautiful software program where they can build and customize a ring of your choosing with all of the specifications you want. We literally watched our rings being built right before our eyes. They even had 3D hands in the software so we could see what they looked like against our skin tones! When we gave the go ahead to start on the rings Heather emailed frequently with updates letting us know what stage the rings were in and even included pictures too. It was really amazing to learn about the process as they were being built. Once we picked up the rings Mills even included a small token of their appreciation for our business. I can’t say enough how easy and stress-free this process has been. Everyone who has seen our rings is completely in awe of how beautiful they are and my fiancée and I find ourselves every day glancing down at them and smiling. Simply stated in all walks of my life I have never had better customer service with more individualized attention to detail of the HIGHEST quality of jewelry than at Mills. I really can't say a bad thing about them! I have gotten to know the staff and especially George for over 13 years when my future husband was first referred by a friend to see George about my engagement ring. Since then I have purchased countless pieces from them. If we ever move out of the area, I would fly across country to seek his advice and buy jewelry from him. They genuinely care about their customers and for certain have made us lifelong customers. The staff has traveled to meet me to have my rings inspected and cleaned etc and to drop off new purchases. George and his amazing goldsmith Sean made a unique necklace for my mom of my father's birthstone upon his untimely passing and she still wears it virtually everyday almost five years later now. The milestones of our lives that they have been able document for us are priceless. I recommend them to everyone I meet. Mills Jewelers understands the importance of the customer and I am incredibly impressed. I found a pair of earrings online that I was very interested in, but couldn't tell exactly how big they were. I saw the tab "ask a question" and I very hesitant to do it, but did. A few minutes later I got a text thanking me for my inquiry and they would be in touch during business hours. "Interesting", I noted. "But would they?" They did! Not only did Mariah text me back the first day they were back. , in addition, she took the time to make a video of the piece of jewelry I was interested in, said my name and specifically answered my questions. Never ever have I seen this level of customer service! I don't live near Mills Jewelers (unfortunately) but I felt important and valued. Mills Jewelers communicated to me when the earrings shipped and they arrived the next day. I scoped out their Facebook page and it's clear that this family and company know how to connect with their customers. And I saw Mariah too! She was real human! No AI for this company 😁.
