Walgreens — Local services in City of Lockport

Extremely dissatisfied with this pharmacy. I dread driving to Walgreens to pick up my meds, wondering the whole drive what the issue will be this time. And delivery is not an option, as they will not disclose who they ship with until it ships. I've never had problems with their FedEx shipments; but when they decide to send it with door dash it has created problems, as the driver requires a signature. And I have a job, so I can't just sit at home waiting around for my meds in the event that they send them with door dash. I've consistently had problems with this pharmacy over 4+ years and I'm so over it. This doesn't need to be so difficult. They hardly ever have my meds in stock, even after I've been refilling them monthly with this Walgreens for years. To me, that shows poor planning on their part. Wish I could give no stars because I would. What a joke of a pharmacy, I transferred my daughter's scripts here when rite aid closed (she gets infusions monthly). 2 weeks later when we need her methotrexate filled they have the audacity to tell me that our insurance isnt accepted there, why wasnt i informed upon transfer when they have all our information in front of them. Good luck trying to speak with someone that is actually in the building it took me over an hour to get someone on the phone that understood English and was actually at that location, STOP OUTSOURCING PHONE CALLS TO COMPANIES THAT AREN'T IN AMERICA, you have no idea how frustrating it is to have to actually speak to these people who have no idea what you are trying to communicate them, they cant even pronounce common medication names such as Tylenol, and children's vitamins, yet you employ these people to take these phone calls? What other business can flat out LIE. You go to get your script that they have had for days, the day it's due they say we're out well have it within 2 business days. Well that sucks but ok whatever such is life. After the 2 business days you call and they say "o it's been backordered for days and we have no idea when we will get more". Now it's Friday and of course and my doctor won't be able to send the the script to another pharmacy till Monday, but wait Monday is labor day so Tuesday if I'm lucky. Walgreens LIES will have made the script 5 days overdue and they will have had the script for 8 days by then.
