Wouldnāt let me return equipment because of a technicality with my account. Iāve added and removed services and returned equipment many times over the 20+ years with Spectrum /Time Warner. They were more than happy to take my money all those years, let me add services, and take/exchange/return equipment. But now because of ānew security protocolsā i canāt do anything. This is exactly why Iām trying to return equipment; so i can switch service providers. If they call, email, look at payments, or ask questions itād come to my phone. They were offering a more affordable monthly payment than Verizon. However it was the biggest mistake I ever made. I signed up with them on December 5th and on December 10th they came to make the change over. Until this minute I haven't watched a single program on my TV.
