Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in City of Mount Vernon

I ordered at 7pm a hot hero, fries and zepollis. At 7:29pm I received a call from delivery guy asking how can access the building. I gave him the code and went to the door with 3 dollars tip Seven minutes later I walked into my room and called the delivery guy that had called me. The call was answered then immediately dropped. I called pizza pizza the answerer placed me on hold and never came back, so I called a second time. That answerer begañ to say hang on when I made myself clear in my belief that I was being robbed. I asked him his name and he responded by saying," And you are FIRST & LAST NAME! As if using my name as a symbol of I know you ! This is when I want to call my brothers in to standup to these men who seem to be working together in defrauding unsuspecting customers. When I first asked for the refund, answerer refused stating he could send me a new order. Voicing My displeasure he agreed to refund me. I will check my account tomorrow and I will keep an eye on my card. I Do Not Trust Pizza Pizza Mt....

I gave it 2 stars mainly because their prices, and menu prices keep going up, up, up, up. Everytime I call, I'm told " you must have a old menu" and it's not like I'm trying to order once a year, but this place has continually spiked up their prices. Plus the fact they charge TAX, I mean it's food, other places don't charge TAX. Plus they over charge on delivery $3-$4.00 that's way too much. Their food is very good, but I just cannot afford to spend $37 on a large pie with 2 toppings & a 2 liter, when the pizza coupon #6 clearly says $23.00! Like OMG that's a huge price jump! I'm sure they've lost customers , and if pizza pizza don't get real with their prices, I'm sure they'll lose more. Plus I noticed the slices aren't FULL SLICES❗ THEY'RE HALF SLICES, like come on! Your literally saving on the DOUGH❗2 other quality pizza places don't do that, you get FULL SLICES with a whole pie...PFFFFFT. People are hurting out here . I hope you change your prices and come down to...

Edit: I double checked and I in fact ordered from Yonkers Pizza pizza instead of here. I used the website to order and I will make sure to order from here again as they have never disappointed.

I use to love this place. This time I decided to order something new. Went with the gyro pizza. Was very disappointed with the amount of gyro meat they put. It definitely looked like they used one slice for the entire pizza. Do they wash their veggies? The vegetables tasted dirty. It's probably my fault for ordering a gyro pizza but I didn't expect what I got. Should of just ordered a white pizza definitely would of gotten more cheese. As for the wings I think the blue cheese was cross contaminated with something cause it also tasted bad. Very disappointed this time debating if I should ever order from here again. We ended throwing the pizza away as it did not taste good. Vegetables tasted...
