On the ridiculously short notice & frustratingly specific kind of arrangement I needed for a Memorial Service...Maria was an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! First having the patience to work with me over the phone blindly (I know NOTHING about plants or flowers) to customize the perfect piece, then, somehow executing that piece BEAUTIFULLY & PRECISELY just floored me. In my 50 years, I have NEVER experienced such amazing & personal customer service, as easy as chatting with a friend, and then to see the perfect masterpiece she created, even better than I had pictured it, was incredible!
