UPDATE: Fast forward to 2019 when Mom had her 100th birthday party and Torino did her cake. They did a super job with decorating and producing the most delectable cake ever...moist vanilla rum cake with almonds, one tier of strawberry filling and another with chocolate custard filling and whipped cream topping. Thanks to the bakery for "topping" off her day.

Her answer was baker must have read the instructions wrong and just looked at me. No remorse. not even an “I’m sorry” I Said it’s wrong and needs to be fixed. She said I didn’t do it with a nasty attitude. I said I want a discount for the error. She said nothing and went to charge me full price.
