I want to t3sch my son tennis 🎾 at the city. I live and pay my tables and have my company, where I played tennis with friends when I was more young...Unfortunately, they are renovated, destroying, fixing the area where the tennis courts are, it being many months with this project, bot sure what is going on. Last weekends we were lucky yo found an open gate door to get to the concrete court, what u think was the best; I teach my son how to play for many hours and we decide to come back in 2 weeks, when we went back, the one we went before was lock amd we found the artificial grass was open. Of course, the field was. It's as good as the concrete, but we played any way. I wish it is a sign in the 2 ways to get in, explain it what the city of Peekskill have in mind about leaving 2 of the concrete courts close by fence and no explain when we will have them back. Hope we can go next weekend with my son to keep teaching him and don't find...

Smooth-topped boulders or wooden benches are along the trails should you need a rest or just want to enjoy the view. For the more energetic, there are steeper trails winding through the woods. The park is well lit, and there are tennis and basketball courts. Fishing is permitted in the lake. I've walked the dog at midnight. It was lit, there were other dog walkers, there were guys playing basketball under the lights, and a leisurely cop car rolled through. It's...
Read moreThere are what appear to be gang members hanging at a beautiful gazebo. I wanted to take execute a photo session at the spot but was discouraged by the threatening looks and demeanor of two black individuals in red hoodies who were bothered by our looking in their direction. I have black relatives through my sister and we are far from racists, but the local police should be doing more to ensure the wellbeing of the park users. Other than the aforementioned, the park is an awesome place for walks and contemplation. The park is exemplary of what our nation offers in public services compared to parts of the world I lived or visited over the years. Places like these to enjoy on your free time is why many folks come from abroad to live in the...
