Well well well where do I begin? Okay let me just say this first off! This place is Amazing 😉 with a Capital A simply because I had quite the experience here! Okay I won’t completely bore you guys but quick story so upon arriving to this establishment my Two year old son Mayjor was overly excited. I mean as soon as I opened the door, he darted full speed into this place! I quick grab him, as a friend of mines that I was meeting at the establishment pointed me into the direction of the registration Kiosk. So I go over there quick get us registered me and my friend. Now by this time my son was getting antsy and he was ready to jump!! So I Quick paid for our jump time which was about $30 for two hours for each person so altogether I spent like $100 for me my son and my friend. Which I think was completely fair priced. We had so much fun we enjoyed ourselves so I had no complaints there. So after I paid for our tickets and jump socks, I tried to take my son into the restroom to put on his socks and he threw a fit😤.... I mean he screeched 🤫so loud everyone probably thought that something had gone terribly wrong LOL 😂 but OK so I got him to put his socks 🧦 on Finally after 30 minutes of screaming we are finally able to head to the jump area. We were having so much fun that I tried to record with my phone which ended up falling through the jump area onto the cement floor 🙄 And my screen cracked and completely broke shattered, so as I am sharing this with you I am typing on a shattered screen which is my fault 😫 I’ll never do that again... they give you those lockers for a reason, I should’ve put my phone into the locker with the rest of my belongings and the lockers are like only $2 so super cool for like two hours and a dollar each hour after that. OK so half way through jumping and playing we order food which was about $40 which wasn’t bad we had lots of food like a whole pizza, Snacks, ice cream 🍦 and candy 🍬 but halfway through eating the food I noticed that I didn’t have my car keys and luckily someone had noticed the car keys sitting in the area where I was trying to get my son to put his socks on and they gave it to the manager and she was so nice I’m so mad I don’t remember her name but she was a slim figured woman kind of older she has silver highlights she was excellent I mean she made this experience extremely wonderful for me from the point to where I drop my phone she went underneath the area to get it for me she even had my keys like she was literally literally my angel 😇 that day literally! My cousin Keyon end up meeting us at Sky Zone while we were eating and he even help me look for the keys and everything!! So after we were done eating and stuff we sat in the parking lot for like an additional hour talking and catching up which was wonderful as I didn’t feel rushed at all!! The employees there go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. The female cashier with the black curly ponytail with a brewers shirt on was extremely helpful! When I needed spoons she went and retrieved them for me! At one point the locker didn’t accept my dollar and she got a manger right away to open it for me, I was then able to retrieve my items!! I can say the least that this was overall a wonderful experience that I couldn’t help but to sincerely thank you guys for making that possible for me and my family! Also I am looking forward to doing my sons Third birthday party there so thank you 😊 again 💕
Ps forgot to mention several different jump areas to explore here... I was restricted to the toddler area due to having my son with but boy oh boy when I come here for his birthday party I will make certain to explore...
Read moreI wrote a post earlier today about my horrible experience with sky zone. I stated that I was brought into an office and had numerous staff in there. I talked about a few things. How I have only been able to talk with an assistant manager about a situation that is ONGOING. The “owner” responded and stated I had talked to all managers but the only manager I have spoken to was the ASSISTANT MANAGER! She had a name tag on that said assistant manager and she IDENTIFIED herself as an assistant manager!!! While I was speaking to her a worker shouted around her about the situation that is ONGOING with customers around mind you… when I asked this random employee who never even stated her name for more information she said “yes” and brought me and my son into the back office with numerous staff who also didn’t identify themselves they just kept looking at us and occasionally talked.. well actually the only staff that did state his name was one that admitted he signs in other workers names who “don’t work there at all” instead of his own while he is dealing with customers he gave his name that’s literally it none of the other employees Identified themselves or gave me any Solutions besides telling me what they thought the situation was…I let them know at that point my lawyer would be handling the rest/reaching out… I wasn’t brought into an office and allowed to speak to a manager one on one and explain everything.. I have called numerous times and been given crap and have been spoken over(on the phone).., I as we’ll have become frustrated due to the lack of help or from what it seems like staff’s willingness to get a manager.. this situation was handled very childish and immature by the staff this Saturday.. the ASSISTANT MANAGER wasn’t rude once but once again the Random worker who brought me to the back room was rude and seemed as though she wanted to intimidate me whoever she was… NONE OF THEM IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES ONCE JUST THE ONE.. why would I call again myself when I’ve tried I will attach pictures for proof.. I only ever received one phone call to let me know I didn’t need to bring the cops and I could come take a picture of what’s under my children’s account… I was also told on the phone that they don’t have access to any higher ups at all…I however was able to find the information I needed on google and was able to reach out higher/call higher…This whole situation could’ve been handled differently if a Manager was able to come to the phone Friday but they were dealing with flooring people and couldn’t come to the phone and then Saturday the assistant manager told me she could handle it but then said she would speak to another manager and I would receive a call I never received.. I had to go in and then that whole situation played out…it’s pretty disgusting that the “owner” would lie and say I’ve spoken to all managers and been given solutions… if the numerous people in the back were managers I wouldn’t know they never said “hi my name is so on let’s sit down and figure this out” that wasn’t the case at all. It also doesn’t take 5 to 6 people to talk with a mother who happened to have her son around. He as well said it seemed like the girl was unprofessional and like she was trying to intimidate me having all of those random staff...

As soon as we made our way to the foam pit area, I noticed many drinks were left all over the ledges from the session prior, even with garbage cans right near by. I helped out the staff by tossing them into the trash cans myself.
As the event got going, my kiddo and his cousin started to realize that many of attractions, including the new slide, weren't open. I told them to make the most out of what they could. They did their best to do so, but it wasn't easy, since many of the other kids there were bullying my 10 yr old nephew calling him names referring to his weight. The lack of staff to monitor everyone was obvious. Some employees were doing their best to deal with all the trash this final session was leaving all over the place, but other staff were to busy flirting with other folks coming in to hang out.
The bathrooms are a whole other story!!! They need to wash all the walls and stalls with HOT water, Dawn dish soap, and some Bleach. It's obvious that the rubber non-slip mat under the sink has not been moved to be mopped or scrubbed in a long time. This is clearly a management issue!!! A place that hosts events with people wearing only socks must do better!!!
Paying $68 for 2 children ages 8 and 10, deserve the attractions advertised to be open!!!
"IF" we ever make it back, we will never do the GLOW event again. Seems like there's better staffing and more well-mannered children at the earlier sessions.
I will close with this, there were many conversations to my kiddos about how they need to learn from the things that were said to them and all the trash they saw tossed all over the place, including the parking lot afterwards. If they want to be better, learn that this is not the way to be. Be respectful and to leave things better than they found it....
