Upper Falls Shopping Center — Attraction in City of Rochester

It's in low income area so I deem thus is the reason the owner don't want to invest in the appearance and maintain the parking lot.. lots of potholes

there is a police subdivision on the property so that limits panhandling and hang arounds.

It can use some eye appeal. It has a local market chain store but I don't recommend it the selection is limited and the set up of the store isn't practical. Staff is friendly and helpful when you can find them.

It has a hair store also that has a wide selection of ethnic hair products avaliable. This place I do recommend as it is the only reason I go.

There's a major burger chain .. the lines are always long, the food is cold and often incorrect. The staff is rude and often disrespectful depending on the shift. The condition of the environment In which the food is prepared is questionable

Is convenient for the surrounding apartment complexes. The only uncomfortable thing is the lingering panhandlers. They're constantly getting close to the public asking begging for money and since you can't push your shopping cart close to your car it's impossible and uncomfortable feeling trying to leave your shopping unattended so you can get your car closer. Hi, went to a tops friendly market, I needed to buy a few things I couldn't find at another tops. But you have some homeless people inside the store. And I was a little nervous. I saw them asking another customer for some money. I don't think that should be allowed in a grocery store, a grocery store is to buy groceries and not to walk around. I will still go back to the store whenever I need to buy certain items, that won't stop me it just felt a little...
