R Pizzeria — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I love the food but the people are rude as hell. If the black guy isn't there to take your order everything will be messed up. Today is the 2nd time I ordered and they got it wrong and they will argue with you & tell you ordered something else. I ordered the large pizza 15 wings & 2 liter pepsi special for $19.99. My wings was suppose to be half plain & half with country sweet sauce. 1st off the delivery guy came without my soda left to go buy it at the corner store ring my bell 5 times & left my soda in front of my door (mind you I was right down stairs). So when my kids came home & my daughter starts to eat the 'country sweet chicken" she says, mommy this is the same thing and it's spicy. There was also an extra sub that I thought they charged me for. So I called them & told them about everything. He say oh you can keep the extra sub sorry about the soda & told me that those wings was indeed country sweet I told him it wasn't and he said to me liok we have it here and that's what we sent you. So I hung up on him because your arguing with me about something I'm telling I got and it's not what it was suppose to be. I will no longer order over the phone unless the black guy is there..... They need to take training classes on customer...

Food was terrible, very unprofessional from the service until you pay for your food, the original owner food was a lot better and so was there service, it took 20 mins to get 6 wings and 2 slices of pizza, then when I went to pay for my food the cashier was texting for 5 minutes straight before he told me the price of the food, the pizza was dry and the wings were very slimy and more soft then hard like chicken wings are supposed to be, i don't know if its under different leadership but I definitely wasn't impressed, it very disappointing because they used to have the best glizzards and wings in the city hands down....

They have delicious food(especially steak, cheeseburger subs)and pizza and wing combo deals. They also have a pretty good menu and they have a nice cold display case with really tasty desserts like fresh cheesecake and banana pudding, etc. They also deliver but if u do go to pick up ur food order, make sure u have a mask on before u step inside(they'll sell u one if u don't have any, I believe they're $1.50)because not only do they have a sign on the door "NO MASK, NO SERVICE" but u will be asked to leave, which, I am so happy whenever any establishment is serious about keeping themselves and their...
