The fast moving creek is unique in that it carries still and mineral water from several springs, releasing minerals through evaporation, while providing unique watershed habitat for numerous species. The Geyser spring and the Orenda spring that empty into the Creek are natural wonders that alone make the Park worth a visit. Bring a cup to taste the mineral and spring waters and don't miss inhaling the gas vapors at the Hayes Spring (right side copper vent spout). It will make the visit memorable to say the least!
