Our 1st time attending a concert at Saratoga. It's a lovely venue for this. Tickets were a birthday present for me and they gave me 2 tickets in the Pavillion. We had great view of the stage and sound was perfect for Dierks Bentley concert. Bathrooms were ample, clean and well stocked. Food and concert souvenirs were close by. The outdoor lawn area seemed like spectators had to watch a screen unless you sat down close to the fence separating the seated area. Lawn area people brought their own seats. You can bring your own food in. There was plenty of security. Only complaint was lawn concert goers were smoking pot and the air was thick with stink. In the Pavillion it was fine. We were able to leave concert area and parking in an orderly fashion and without incident. We will attend future events there.

Paid over $100 a ticket to watch a tv of the show. There are 5000 seats. They sell up to 20,000 additional lawn tickets. There are less than 5000 spots on the lawn that can see the actual stage. The rest is on flat ground with no line of site to the stage. So you watch a screen. But when that is full there is another screen above the restroom building with a subpar sound system. Thousands of people cannot see the stage. It's likely to take 2 hours to park. They also discount lawn seats two weeks before the show. Bait and switch. Over capacity. Greed greed greed.

Many times, if you're able to park in the lot for the box office, the lot where the footbridge comes over the highway from the Shakedown lot you can get in quickly and to an ideal spot on the lawn. If you pay close attention to the flow of the lines to get in. This last trip out for the two night Phish run couldn't have gone any smoother! Front ron, on the rail of the lawn✌🏼

First time at SPAC - absolutely loved it. In terms of the venue, staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We forgot to print our tickets and were able to pick up a copy at the box office. Also, so happy that they brought the performance we saw to the area. We watched Harry Potter with live music by The Philadelphia Orchestra, and between the performance and the the fans clapping and cheering for favorite characters, it was a wonderful night. Can't wait to go back for Star Wars next week! One note, if you are sitting on the lawn I recommend going early. The event was at 8, so my wife and I got there by 6 so that we could get decent seats. Also check the rules for food. For the Philadelphia Orchestra they were pretty relaxed - only rule was no glass, so we brought snacks to enjoy...

Paid an extra $500 for two VIP for Kid Rock, it included VIP parking.... After driving around in circles for almost 50 minutes because 3 different employees kept sending us to different entrances. Finally gave up and parked across the street. Once inside NO ONE knew where the VIP section and pre party was. By the time we found it on our own it ended in 12 minutes. Spent the next two days calling to report my displeasure and just kept getting the run around. The concert was great but the rest of it was a HORRIBLE experience. I feel they owe me the VIP amount in a refund. As i didnt receive...
