Great trails to explore with kids. Good fishing, amazing variety for how small the pond is. Easy walk from parking lot to deck. Moderate walk on trails around the pond, depending on the season, summer the foliage gets a wee bit out of control and more tick prevalent. Rubber boots or shoes you don’t mind getting wet or muddy especially in spring/summer. This place is a favorite for my kids and their friends. The wildlife never...

Great place to take a walk or go fishing. Also good to show kids about nature. If you see any kids here riding motorized vehicles, call them what they are. As sholes. They should not be allowed to enjoy nature. No matter who "owns" the area. It belongs to the forest. And unless people respect that, it will go to hell....
