I moved back to the area about 5 years ago. As I unpacked boxes and started getting settled I thought it would be nice to order a pizza and some wings. It arrived 40 minutes late and was burnt and ice cold. Needless to say i never ordered from here again. Fast forward to 7/30/20, I had gotten home late from work and did not feel like making dinner for the fam, so I decided to try High Bridge once again. I ordered a tuna, a turkey and a 1/2 salami and ham cold subs and mozzarella sticks. The subs all arrived warm. The bill was $50, so I was more than a little disappointed. I tried a bite and it tasted spoiled. I then tried a bite from another sub and it tasted spoiled as well. It was just so bad that I threw the entire order in the trash and ended up ordering Chinese food instead. i only tried them again because they are close and convenient. These guys are no longer willing to deliver to me or even answer the phone for that matter. Last time I ordered I was called back and informed my order was canceled(20 minutes later) because it was ātoo far and weāre short staffedā. This time, at a typical time in the day Iāll usually order, they arenāt even answering the phone. This is the second time since the canceled order Iāve tried to order and nobody picks up. I brought the pizza back to show them it was burnt. he agreed that we did not order it crispy but also stated it was not burnt. he then asked about the second pizza and again I show him the black crust. he then became so rude I told him just give me the redone one and I would not be coming back. He said that was fine with him because he doesn't need the business and then told me that he'd miss!!!! just absolutely rude and childish. I only brought the pizza back to show good faith that what I was saying was true and I wasn't looking for a free pizza . So if you look on the website expect a burnt pizza not the one that they show in the picture. Hindsight's 20/20 I wish I had taken a picture...
