Description of complaint: I went to get a full body message for $65. This was not my first time going to this location. I now re all the masseuse talking to me mid message. He didn't speak English so I just nodded my head as I was almost near sleep. I went there to relax not have a conversation. my previous experience with this place is you communicate with this the receptionist and go to the message room and relax. However while Ai was on this bed no clothes on this masseuse said something's that I didn't understand as it was in a different language. After my massage, my I went back to the receptionist and she said it will be $110 due to me agreeing to another 30 minutes. What should have just been $65 turned Into $10. She tried to also include a tip but l refused and told her I never agreed to another 30 min. She then said the masseuse isn't good with communicating in English yet. I told her I'll pay the $110 because my experience as a hard working black woman to the Asians, Chinese, korean and any other South Americans are they talk to me very nast. I didn't want any drama. As the receptionist continued to explain that the masseuse didn't speak English. I told her that's fine. I'll pay the 110 but I will never come back to that location again. As a resolution, I want...
Read moreThis spot is amazing. I don't understand why people complain about the pressure when you can just tell them to go lighter. Stop sitting there and taking it, then complaining later. They are not a mind reader. I have had over 10 massages here and have ALWAYS been listened to.
The receptionist speaks English and checks in on your massage to see if you're okay but the masseuses know basic English. It's super clean, I never have to wait, my knots are always out and I feel so much better. Jackie and Tina are who I go to but they're all amazing!!!
Bring cash for tip as its highly preferred. This is manual labor and you need to stop being cheap and tip accordingly. I donât know why everyone is complaining about having to tipâdonât you tip on a massage when you go to a spa? Yes, itâs a little much for them to ask but itâs a service. I donât know why youâre tipping $5 on a $50+ massage. You should be embarrassed for being such a cheapskate. Who raised you?
I always tip at least $15 because I know I donât have the strength they do to massage NONSTOP for an hour. You guys need to stop acting BROKE or...
Read moreGosh I am going to try to go easy on them. I came in for a migraine, hoping the 'reflexology' would help. They were beyond loud, talked the entire time they gave us massages. Talked to other employees in other rooms!! Took phone calls during my massage. I asked for a woman not a man and the man laughed and started my massage anyway. None of them speak English. I'm not sure if they wiped the chairs down for Sanitizing. I told the man I had a burn on my leg not to rub it, he said okay and continued rubbing it. I also said THREE times 'too hard' and he still didn't go down on pressure. It was a rough and jerky massage to the point he was scooting the table down!!!! I'm laughing as I write this but come on!! This was horrible for me. I did like the decor and vibes in there but they really need to understand this is meant for relaxation and they were...
