F T Proctor Park — Attraction in City of Utica

What a nice park to go for a walk, take the family or even take your furry friend to walk there. I do suggest you use a bathroom before going there as the bathrooms were quite rustic, scary, sketchy & had no soap to wash your hands. Such a huge space, it feels very akin to Central Park (or as close as Utica is gonna get!). We love exploring the wooded area and biking around the loop.
