Cleveland Public Library - Fleet Branch — Attraction in Cleveland

I don't live in this area but I went here to use the computer and print so stuff for court.

PROS: Staff is helpful Pretty quiet I had a library card and was on the computer in no time.

CONS The printer is very confusing and staff pretty much has to come over and help everybody every time. A lot of swiping and scanning your card over and over.

The printer is pretty much the only bad thing about this place.

The line for the printer... I had to wait behind a lady that wanted to scan and fax like 60 documents. Staff of course had to come over and do it for her. The line was kinda long and so...

I just stopped in to print some papers.any other library ten mintue process. This took an hour. My library and for Cuyahoga County didn't work even though it was cleveland had to get a guest pass. Then I had to get a card load it to print then I had to load the print pages to the card then I had to wait in line to use one printer. Then I had to do a combo piece to make it print then since I didn't put enough cash to print because it didn't tell me I had to do this all over again. Terrible would not be back. But the young man was very nice to us helped...

The Library is small, quiet and quaint. It has the feel of comfort in the when you get some hot cocoa after coming in from the cold and snuggle up on the sofa with a good book 😉 .... The customer service is the epitome of customer service... The staff is amazing and therapeutic... They give hope that it's still friendly, helpful, and kind people that enjoy interacting with the public... I wish I could give them 5...
