I am not a religious person, I am actually quite critical of the doctrines of mostorganized religion; and still I have to say, this church entirely blew me away. How incredibly beautiful this place is 😍 I burst into tears as soon as I walked in. The art, the intricate details, the stained glass, the different altars they had for different saints and figures... just wow. I was completely taken aback by the splendor And the staff was so kind! We came on a Saturday when the main doors were closed and the priest allowed us to come in and wander around the church on our own. Very grateful for the experience

Grew up in this parish and neighborhood, graduated from high school, in this parish, got married in this church, children made first holy communion here and oldest daughter was also married in this church. The beautiful architecture with all the wood carved altars, the organ, and all the statues. Too many things to say about this beautiful church.

A gorgeous old Catholic Church with two first class relics. One of St. John Paul II. Completed in 1891, the Polish Catholic church should be on everyone's visit list whether you are local to the Cleveland area or not. There are visitor/history guides located in the back of the church too. A must see in Cleveland.

I love everything about this church, it is awe-inspiring! It is a church built out of love, with some of Poland's finest craftsmen and carpenters emigrating to Little Warsaw, Cleveland, OH over a century ago build this beautiful church. I walk inside and leave all life's worries behind once I sit in the hand-crafted red oak pews, and stare up at the wooden altar filled w/ Saints, and a pelican, that rises 2 stories high. The sermons are meaningful, and the congregation always friendly. This church is one of Cleveland's hidden treasures. Yesterday, I heard the most beautiful singer, with a trombone, trumpet, bass drum and piano backing him. It was like listening to the angels sing. Note: The pelican is placed on the altar because it symbolizes unselfish love. In times of famine, it will stab itself in the chest with its beak, to draw blood to feed...

This Church is beautiful in so many ways. It is a true sanctuary for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, not just in the way the Church itself is maintained/ decorated, but in the liturgy, historic traditions (and more importantly keeping Tradition). The Church could be filled with a hundred people and you’ll still be able to find a quiet place to pray, as there are many to choose from, each with a unique depth of meaning. My favorite is the Divine Mercy shrine. The parishioners are what make this magnificent Church even better. They have a deep reverence in worship of Jesus and honoring of Mary that is contagious, and they have a deep love of each other and any visitors...

As we approached the church from the outside it had grand and beautiful architecture. The interior of the church was the remnants of what I imagine would have been grand in years gone by. The relics and engravings were quite dusty and the paint had faded to a smokers yellow which reminded me of the water damage in my last apartment.

The Bishop was either extremely conservative or maybe I'm am too liberal for this place. I was here for a wedding and the stories were read in a confusing manner with a personal flair that left you wondering what the morale of the story was.

If you are conservative and pro-life this is the...
