The Rainforest — Attraction in Cleveland

The Rainforest was the best part of the Cleveland Zoo. The whole area is inside so it was nice to be shielded from the elements for a while. We walked up the tree to the second floor first, which was a neat experience. Really felt like you were walking through a habitat that these animals would live in on the way to see them. I really liked the variety of animals in this exhibit. There were reptiles, fish, primates, and insects all in the same place. There was a model rainforest locale inside as well where it rained every few minutes which really made you feel like you were part of the rainforest. The ant exhibit was also really cool because you got to see the ants going about their daily work and it really showed the scale of how extensive their tunnels can be.

I had a fantastic experience visiting the Cleveland Zoo! The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-maintained the entire place was, from the exhibits to the walking paths. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or point you in the right direction.

Admission is $21 for adults, which I think is very reasonable for the size and quality of the zoo. Another big plus—free parking, which makes the day even more affordable compared to other attractions.

There are plenty of food options scattered throughout the zoo, so grabbing a snack or meal is easy without having to leave the grounds. The exhibits are well-organized, and the animals look healthy and well cared for.

Had an amazing time with the kids, I enjoyed it myself. There wasn't much walking and where there was a lot of walking a trolley was available. I would buy my tickets in advanced. And your ticket is good for the zoo and the rainforest. I don't know why they don't specify that. The same way you used to get into the park that's how you'll use it if you exit the park. So always keep your tickets. I always mind my online so they're on my phone. I don't ever have to worry about if I lost them. Definitely would go again. Actually we went 3...
