i go here all the time for tattoo supplies and although the door says must be 18 to enter , every time i go in it’s the same guy with glasses and the beard he’s always had a super bad attitude but i never minded it because i would just purchase my things and leave . he never once id’d me. He surely remembers my face because as stated i always came here and purchased things. Today he decided to id me, which wasn’t an issue but he was quick to kick me out of the store before i can even give my id to him . I asked him why all of a sudden am i being id’d if he never done it before. he says “i card when i choose to card” and proceeded to be rude when i asked why does he pick and choose when/who to id. I guess he took it wrong and proceeded to be extremely rude and caused an argument which led to him kicking me out and saying im “banned from his store” all because of a simple question. do not go here this guy is always rude to his customers never cracks a smile and is just a...

I came into here looking for something but not entirely sure what exactly, seeing how I'm very indecisive. I was overwhelmed by their selection of tobacco related products I just couldn't decide. The man working Shawn I believe was his name was so kind and polite and helped me find the perfect piece, and also shown me their awesome collection of horror action figures. Upon finding the perfect piece he recommended a phenomenal cleaner, and bag for it and gave me the best tips ever of cleaning and mainting it. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to my friends. I've never seen so many different options of tobacco related products or had such a phenomenal employee help guide me through all of their different choices, also giving me some amazing tips and suggestions. You’d think that when someone is working for commission they’d be a little nicer to you when you spend almost $200 every time... I asked the heavyset goatee dude to help me with a certain tattoo gun and he said that he wasn’t there for “instructional purposes” however, when I walked in he was showing someone how to use whatever they were buying.. that guy is not nice at all anytime I go in there he’s mean, all he does is brag about his commission and how much he’s up to. He was up to $2,000 the other day then he ended up selling a $7,000 Rick and Morty ring. Me as a customer should not know his commission that he makes and how much he’s up to, He should not be working there with the attitude that he carries.
