Six Shooter Coffee — Restaurant in Cleveland

I love the Six Shooter on Waterloo, I’ve been going there since the first location. The owners are amazing! However, the Pearl location, not so much.

I order a cold brew and ask if they have simple syrup. The lady says yes so I ask for 2 1/2 pumps. I get charged $5.75 so I ask what the extra .75 is for and she says the simple syrup. She didn’t inform me that there would be an extra charge and when I questioned it, the guy wasn’t very friendly at all. I get my drink and go to the table for a straw and there is a “complimentary” bottle of, you guessed it, simple syrup. So not only did she not inform me of the extra charge, she could have just pointed me to the table.

I was really excited to see Six Shooter in this location but I’m really disappointed in the customer service there. I’ll stick to the Waterloo location.

*Just to be clear, it’s not about the .75, it’s about customer service and informing customers when there is an extra charge but it’s also about having the decency to just point over at the table where there’s a bottle of simple syrup instead of charging for it. I was really looking forward to spending a couple hours here waiting to pick up a friend from the airport. Located in Old Brooklyn, it’s only 13 minutes from the airport. They have a long rectangular store with a variety of seating and cute, comfortable spaces up on the two window fronts where I landed. Iced or cold brew wasn’t listed on their menu and neither was two different types of nitro. I chose regular nitro. I also got the Chorizo breakfast burrito which was dry but very tasty. The Nitro was very good but they only filled the glass half full? I appreciate the reusable container option but give me the take home cup instead. This after waiting for the four people who ordered AFTER me to get their drinks, some crafted. If I’m the first to order why am I the last to get my drink? I went here all the time when it was still CCC. I stopping in to try them today. A person with a pink mullet was at the register. Upon entering I immediately complimented their hair. (I do hair professionally so I thought it was cool) -Never judge a book by its cover because my gesture was immediately dismissed by them and in return I got the nastiest look imaginable. I ignored this and began to look at the menu on the counter whilst they sat there death staring me. I then asked what they recommended as far as their hot options.
