I had a 5 star experience at harborside marina dealing with Mike and Jen .

Mike was extremely patient and sincere thru out the whole process. I was very particular with my upgrades and add-ons to the boat and mike was able to assist with other non-dealer related additions such as my trolling motor and vinyl lettering : he pointed me in the right direction by giving me his sincere opinion . He PERSONALLY followed up on any of my requests rather than steering me . The whole experience felt friendly rather than strictly business . I really felt like the whole staff there wanted everyone to leave happy and weren’t just there to take my money .

I love the boat and all the features and my friends and family love it too . The positive experience did not just conclude with the sale . The boat was promised to be delivered on a certain date and they adhered to that date , and had someone deliver it from Connecticut to Brooklyn . Right to my boat ramp .

I’ve had numerous questions about different technology on the boat and mike literally answers on the first ring and I never feel like I’m bothering the guy . I had an issue with bilge pump and mike overnighted me a new one . I blew off a piece of reflective decorative tape with power washer completely my own fault , they sent me a new one . I bought a 2022 SeaHunt Gamefish 25 through Harborside Marina in Clinton CT, and picked it up on the 4th of July weekend. This place is AMAZING! i learned about them through a YouTube video that John Benchimol, the GM, made, showcasing the new SeaHunt Gamefish for 2022. Mike Speziel in the Sales Dept is a first class gentleman. He helped with all the selections on the boat, guiding me through the SeaHunt ordering process. He kept me informed through the entire construction. Jen Benichol did all the legwork on the financing, the registrations, and the closing. I just had to show up and pick up the boat. Everything was already taken care of. Mike did an half-day orientation with me, patiently demonstrating all of the features on the boat during a Long Island Sound run. While the boat was being loaded on the trailer, the Benichols treated my family to lobster rolls at their Marina Restaurant. Abby Benichol, John and Jen’s daughter, and Mike’s fiancée, arranged and filmed a champagne Christening. It was such an enjoyable experience. And follow up has been great. Please do not pay attention to the couple of negative reviews you see on Google. I met John at the Norwalk boat show. My wife and I spent a couple of hours with him, and most of the two hour span was after the show ended. He never rushed us - we even thought we were taking too much of his time. I purchased a 27 foot sea hunt gamefish from him and he earned every bit of it. Fast forward to all of the paperwork. John’s wife Jennifer took care of every big and small detail including all the DMV paperwork because I am out of state. Both John and Jennifer continue to keep in direct email and phone contact with me and respond immediately to all of my questions and concerns as I have not yet taken delivery of the boat . This purchase was about as easy and flawless as possible and I thank them.

Customer service is of the utmost importance to John and his team and they have proven themselves to be professional and honest.
