We have been long-time patrons of the store, visiting almost every Saturday for the great deals. In the past, the staff was always welcoming and provided an excellent customer experience. However, we’ve noticed that the atmosphere has changed in recent months. The current team does not seem as friendly or engaging as before, and the overall operations appear to have shifted since Joe’s moved stores. Additionally, we have watched the staff members load large quantities of merchandise into vehicles before leaving for the day—far more than a few small personal items. This gives the impression that the store is not being managed with the same standards as in the past. We hope these matters can be addressed so the store can return to normal.

It appears the prices have come down even more since the store's opening. Don't open boxes in the bins/shelves; bring them to the front desk to have them opened. They will even charge the item (if it's an electronic to see if it works) and make sure the item is actually in the labeled box. There are deals to be had, just go there when the prices are cheap and make sure the correct item is in the box. Hopefully you don't realize you bought a pair of two left shoes when you return home from shopping- that would have ticked me off too... From what understand, they do returns/trade INS, but no refunds. Good luck digging in the bins.

I would not recommend it. I've been there two times. Last time, I got a sealed box with an Infiniti dryer. Although the box was sealed, the item was clearly used as there was hair in it. Today, I got a pair of sneakers, and both are for the same foot, making wearing them impossible. I called, and they won't refund them due to no returns. Absolutely crazy.

Long story short, me and my mom decided to stop by this place again because I started to like it. They do have good stuff, but you have to dig to find what you're looking for. I had been wanting a doorbell camera for a lower price and ended up finding one there. While looking, I came across two that were in a bag together, so I opened the bag to see what it was, and bam, it was two of them. I opened another box that didn’t have anything on it just to see what was inside, and it was another doorbell camera. I put it back in the box and bag and then grabbed the whole bag so I could buy it.

As soon as I did that, one of the employees told everyone not to open boxes or bags, and if you do, you will be banned from the store. I was like, dang, I hope they don’t say anything. So I went to the front to purchase the items, which were supposed to be $25 each. Keep in mind, my items were together in a closed bag, so it should have been just $25. The lady said $56.00. At the point she already had charge me. I told her that both items were in the bag together, and she said it’s $25 each. I asked how, when both were in the sealed bag. She was like, the bag is open. I told her I opened it to see what was in the other box. She said let me look it up, but the item wasn’t showing. She quickly put the phone down and said, from what I was told, it’s $25 each. I said again that’s not right if it was in the sealed bag together. She started to get frustrated and a little loud, asking if I wanted to talk to her manager. She took both cameras and gave them to him, telling him they found the bag open, which she lied about because I specifically told her I opened it. So I went to the manager. At first, I thought he was being a little rude. I'm explaining to him as he listens, but he ends up saying, "Well, we're not on the floor, so I don't know anything." I'm like, "I understand that, but I'm telling you that the items I just purchased were in the same bag, and they're only $17 on Amazon, but she charged me $56 for both. That's too much." So he said, "So what do you want me to do about it?" I said, "Let me pick out something else." He said, "Okay, cool, go ahead."

At this point, I was upset, not with the manager because he did his part and wasn't rude in the end. But whoever that girl was, she was unprofessional. She didn't even try to resolve the situation, but she was talking about it to another customer, which I didn't even know until her manager got on her and told her not to talk to another customer about a customer. My Man, lol. But anyways, I didn't pick out anything. I let my mom get something since I was ready to go and very upset. Next time I go back, I will get the employee name so everybody can know. Just be cautious and ask them before you buy an item that has two in one bag so you don't get overcharged Or even deal with what I dealt with today because they don't give refunds, but you can exchange it...

They advertised that it was new stuff and tens of thousands of things valued at well over $25 on Fridays yet very little was worth $25. Most things were worth $5 or less. The stuff is not new as they advertised either. They made it sound like it wasn't a return bin store, but it's exactly what it is.

A ton of stuff is opened in boxes and some of the boxes have nothing in them. The stuff is just thrown around. They should have a policy of not opening boxes and have employees all over the store to ensure that. They also need to label the boxes like other bin stores do. Then people wouldn't have to open the boxes to see what is inside the bins!

I also suggest only putting the stuff out there that is valued at $25 or more on Saturdays and so forth throughout the week.

By making these changes the store would be much better.

I suggest checking out Bins and Bargains in Titusville and Space Coast Binz in Cocoa where the prices are more reasonable. They also have a lot of the same stuff that Pricemark has, but...

We knew exactly what kind of store this was walking in, they have these kinds of stores across the USA, only thing our Friday shopping everything $5.00 was good, yes boxes are open, saw some warn shoes, remember it's returns, alot of new stuff, there was some broken glass in boxes, I brought to their attention wasn't concerned so I put stuff under table, first time someone gets cut badly they will be shut down, Saturday was $25.00 lots lots of unopened boxes, they kept announcing not to open boxes, to ask for assistance, I bought a new comforter thought it was a cooling one more expensive, it had been swapped out for cheaper cotton one, not happy, but got 155.00 earbuds for 25.00 they kept pushing stuff to middle and bringing more stuff out and it made it hard to go through stuff, I refuse to purchase anything I can't verify size or what it is, but overall very happy, don't come in expecting Macy's it's a returns store with...
