Hi today is August 3rd 2025, I have done multiple edits on this particular casino coconut Creek speaking of experiences I've had here over the years which were not good. Lost heavy six figures on my win-loss statements and it's the lost column on the wind column just several thousand roughly 90% loss and that's on slots only That's not a good RTP However my last review a few days ago I said I would release my new video on my channel of my experiences at Coconut Creek casino over the years it's dozens of hours and is requiring a lot of editing. However the release was supposed to be July 31st I received a free play which is normal of $150 for the casino on August 1st yesterday 2025. To my surprise I ended up staying at the casino from 7:00 a.m. till noon that is 5 hours on that free play money plus I brought $100 with me, not the usual 500 to 1000 I bring in loose.
To my surprise I was up $400 on quite a few occasions throughout that 5 hours if I played just the free play and walked away when I was up I would have earned $400. This is a welcome surprise. I will include it in my footage cuz I am fair everybody knows that from my channel. So I decided to continue the review and editing which will take more than I thought maybe another few days. And I will include what happens in the next few visits hopefully things have changed .fingers crossed Anyhow since I was there early in the morning which I never go I snapped at the first street deli inside and boy oh boy that I get the best bagels I ever had they were soft on the inside a thin crisp skin and the cream cheese was fluffed and unbelievable flavor. I got these with the points I earned so it didn't cost me any cash. And I've also mentioned when I have points I stop at the first street deli and get the Philadelphia cheesesteak which is just out of this world I have been around this great nation of ours and have eaten cheesesteaks everywhere and yes in Philadelphia and nothing compares to the one they make. High quality shaved ribeye and whole milk mozzarella on a fresh roll You can actually eat it and still have enough for another meal.
The casino is exceptionally clean it has a non-smoking area for those who prefer that environment and security is on the job. I went one night recently with a friend of mine who is an x card member and I could not find him, I locked my cell phone in his car so I would not be tempted to get more money as in the past I ran out so fast that I would put more in this worked well lol but I could not find him in the casino I contacted one of the guards they brought me to customer service and they were able to tell me where he was because they could find where his players card was inserted. This brought me great relief because I was looking for him for over an hour. Thanks again Seminole for doing that. Looking forward to a couple more visits and looking forward to posting my YouTube video again I will leave the address to my channel here Good...
Read moreDisappointed Longtime Guest — Standards Have Dropped I’ve been a loyal Icon member and frequent visitor at Coconut Creek for years, but the quality and service have declined dramatically. Here's what I’ve experienced: Criss Cross Table Setup: Since relocating the Criss Cross table near NYY, congestion has increased. The A/C is unreliable—it's often hot—and there are no TVs in the area. Waiting to play is frustrating, especially when only one table is available. The table limit rising from $5 to $15 is understandable during peak times, but using “the computer told us” as an excuse feels lazy and dismissive. High Limit Cashier & Staff: Cashiers are unfriendly and inattentive—even in the high-limit area meant for Icon and X cardholders. No one checks credentials, and there's always a wait. Suggestions made through surveys have been ignored. Staff doesn’t greet guests, smile, or thank them—there’s zero hospitality. Food & Beverage: Service is nearly non-existent. On multiple visits, I’ve waited over an hour for a drink. There are only 3 servers—who are pleasant—but it's not enough. High-limit servers are particularly slow. Cleanliness: The ceilings are filthy and clearly haven’t been cleaned in a long time. It’s concerning because we’re all breathing that air. The property overall feels grimy and in need of a serious renovation. Promotions & Rewards: Offers used to be generous. I received $100 in gift cards consistently—now it’s only $25, despite my play increasing. It feels like loyalty is no longer valued. Meanwhile, I’ve visited Seminole Classic three times recently and already received more appealing offers there. Dining Experience: • NYY: Hit or miss. Staff need to be reminded it's a steakhouse—standards matter. • The Bol: Awful. Menu changes made it worse, and the food is unappetizing. • Deli: Reliable food but poor staff interactions. • Italian Restaurant: I’ve gotten sick eating there and the service was abysmal. Never again. Final Thoughts: Coconut Creek used to be my go-to, but I now prefer driving the extra 25 minutes to Classic or Hard Rock, where my business is appreciated. It seems management no longer cares—and that attitude trickles down to the staff. If something doesn’t change soon, you’ll lose the very guests who supported you the most. Bottom line: when management stops caring, it...
Read moreThis casino used to be the best of the bunch in the area. Even though it was smaller than the hard Rock the people were nicer, the services provided were better, and the parking lot was generally easier. These days without any notice whatsoever, they start charging for drinks which used to be free for large and continuous gamblers. Now they charge $14 for a cocktail and still expect a large tip on top of that. To make things worse they also change the rules in blackjack and probably other games that I'm not aware of where by instead of it being three to two odds on blackjack and also selling insurance and even money, it is now 6:00 to 5:00 which puts more money into the house's hands, and there is no insurance basically you can give up some money to just get a push and not lose but that's not the way it was designed, and these rules are inherent in the game of blackjack and changing them without notary flying players or others even though I'm sure it is probably on some small print somewhere, is disingenuous and truly frustrates a player that's regular at other casinos. There is nothing good left here, although I couldn't even tell you if it's better or worse than a hard rock, but I can tell you that the best of the bunch was the Seminole and out of the dress like the rest and that's not really a good thing for anyone. Eventually it'll get back to the the tribe and corporate owners but it takes a long time for that to move through. Whoever thought this through as being able to help other dies of living wage, or whatever other nonsense or expenses like insurance that has gone out it comes out of the pocket of a gambler and guest, which therefore reduces the amount of both and makes the situation generally uncomfortable for most normal people. If you feel you're super lucky and you feel like you don't really care about what the rules used to be well then God bless you have a good time. I won't be a frequent guest. I do understand that cause of gone up, but the way they've chosen to address those expenses by gouging and manipulating the players in the guests know better, is hilarious if it wasn't...
