Our typical regular spot has turned rather sour and disappointing. Me, my wife, in-laws, and my daughter came for dinner, and my wife specified a dish to replace the beef with shrimp. Our food arrived and she waited over 15 minutes and it never arrived. Spoke to the server which we watched him go to the kitchen to expedite the order which he told us it was ready on the side and about to be made. I spoke with management about the lack of due diligence and hospitality that occurred regarding my wife's food. Her food arrived and it contained beef which she's allergic to so I showed the manager, now the accommodations went from discount to a complete void for that item. Coincidentally, after it was reported, a fresh plate was made in less than 2 minutes. So, regarding the first order that was supposedly entered and ready to be made, that took 15 minutes. The second one took less than 2 minutes to remake...? What kind of impression does that make? That it could have been made correctly the first time in less than 5 minutes? So the order was never put in or it was but it was never sent out on time? She only found the beef after eating some of it not that it was sitting on the top? So was our order just "fixed" by replacing the beef with shrimp in the same plate meaning my wife had a meat dish when she was allergic and to speed up our order they took an existing order and replaced the protein? The lack of detailed work into accommodating your guests' dietary needs and recklessness behind cross contamination and ignoring your guests' needs is offensive to food safety standards, to say the least. Incredibly disappointed! I come to bol all the time for the short ribs and noodles but the menu had changed from the last time i was there completely!! Portions and the freshness of the food have changed dramatically and for what im paying for its not worth it anymore. Also the manager Jaime was unbelievably rude and should not be a manager! I have always loved the experience from the coconut creek casino because of the attentiveness. Yesterday was very disappointing because i had the short ribs which i was craving and was very unsatisfying so the waitress who was so sweet changed it out for another item on the menu. Like i said the manager not once came over to the table to ask what happened which should be done if theres any returns on food. Also as soon as i was trying to get her attention she walked right passed me and rolled her eyes and proceeded to flirt with a customer. I have NEVER had this happened at the casino before! Thats why i love coming to the casino because of how much the staff cares about the clients concerns. I will not be returning to this location for the amount of disrespectful attitudes that i felt was thrown at me and for a valid reason. A good restaurant in a good place if not for one thing ... We were with my husband a week ago, ordered different rolls, drinks and specialty pho soup, my husband ordered pho with beef and I ordered with chicken. One rum and coce cocktail cost $ 12 which I think is expensive for such an establishment, this is not a cool cocktail bar and they don't do anything cool for that kind of money, but my displeasure is not hidden here. My husband's soup was delicious and my soup tasted strange and my husband tried it and also agreed that his soup tastes better. I love pho, so I thought that maybe the chicken tastes so much and tried to eat further but I couldn't finish it, I didn't even eat half. After an 1- 1.5 hour something began to twist my stomach very strongly, severe pain in the stomach, I wanted to go to the toilet and I felt like I was about to vomit. We didn’t get to the house, but stopped in publics store. For more than half an hour I could not get out of the toilet because all my internal organs just turned outward.
